(Not edited, i was extremely tired when i wrote this but enjoy!)

Apart from the beeping machinery and droids, the medbay was silent, the only person occupying it was young Orabelle Kenobi. Soldiering on through the battle with the Sith lord was too much on her young body, Mace Windu, Yoda, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Shaak Ti and the other Jedi Council members were all surprised that the young girl hadn't succumbed to her injuries.

Before and after Anakin's 'trial' in front of the Jedi Council, he was often found in the Medbay where Orabelle laid. Her nose was stitched and red from the bruising, however, had been cracked back into place from its fracture. While her nose was the only physical injury, the rest were far worse. Young Padawan's are slowly brought into combat, too much stress and exhaustion can be near-fatal for them.

Having no true control of the force and emotions can really just as easily destroy younglings as a fatal wound from a Lightsaber.

Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon and Anakin were ready to embark on yet another journey and came to check on the young girl for any good sign, perhaps hoping she would even be awake. R2-D2 rolled out of the med bay whistling a happy tune as the Jedi walked in, alerting them that Orabelle was awake. "She's awake?" Obi-Wan smiled happily and quickened his pace.

The blaring white lights of the med-bay blurred Orabelle's vision momentarily as she came to her senses. She felt weak, useless, half dead. Dark circles rested under her eyes, partly bruised from the injury to her face and partly due to her weakened senses. She had propped herself up with pillows and stared at the blank wall, she couldn't believe she had managed to win an actual fight with someone. Someone who was very skilled and someone who had a lightsaber.

"Orabelle."

The sound of her brother's voice diverted her stiff stare from the wall, she smiled when she noticed Qui-Gon and Anakin with him. All three came and sat down around the small room, "how are you feeling?" Qui-Gon asked, she did take a serious mental beating, it was only natural that she had half of those on the Naboo spacecraft worried.

"Hungry," Orabelle answered with a defeated smile, half-joking and half-serious. Nonetheless, it managed to put a smile on everyone's face even if it were for a short period.

"The Jedi masters were sure you wouldn't make it. Now the whole temple won't stop talking about how Young Orabelle Kenobi warded off a Sith lord." Obi-Wan stated. A sith lord? The blood drained from the girls face, paler than she previously looked. "That's impossible. How is it the first time I actually get in a fight it's with a Sith Lord?" Qui-Gon, the closest to her put a hand on her arm, "you're special Bella. If it weren't for you I'm afraid I'd have been defeated and no longer with all of you."

Orabelle looked away, smiling to herself, she would have never of thought that in her lifetime she'd have fought with a Sith Lord. And Won. She looked back over and noticed Anakin was silent, "you're extremely quiet Ani."

"I thought you died." He answered without skipping a beat, like he knew she would ask him.

"But I didn't, that's the main thing. Now don't focus on the past, you can't move forward if you're stuck in the past." Orabelle gave Anakin a warm smile, hoping to cheer him up even the slightest bit. The young boy nodded, happy that she was alive.

The silence between the four grew thick, Orabelle knew it only meant one thing. "You're leaving aren't you?" her smile was sad, she knew there was no way they'd have her come along on with them as she would need to recover. Yet just like before Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan were set to figure the trade dispute, Orabelle's gut feeling worsened. She had to go. Even if it meant going against orders.
