Curveball

Gajeel rushed through the hospital door and up to the front desk.
" I'm..... Looking.... For" Gajeel tried to make his sentence while gasping for air.
" sir calm down, and breathe"
Gajeel to a few deep breaths and was able to get his wind back, he cleared his throat and spoke.
" I'm looking for Levy McGarden she was brought here not to long ago" Gajeel said in a low voice.
The nurse typed in Levy's name and she popped up in the system.
"Yes, she's in room 328, go up to the 3rd floor and then take a right it will be the 3rd door on your left." With that info Gajeel was off like a rocket he took the stairs because the elevator would not have been fast enough and would have drove him mad. Hr bust through the door with the number three on it painted in red color and instantly saw two girls one scarlet and one brunette.
"Erza what the hell are you doing here?!" Gajeel asked in disbelief.
"What? I can't come home to see some old friends" Erza asked with her arms still crossed over her chest.
" You said you wanted to study abroad in America and left literally vanished nobody heard from you,nothing you were just gone"
"Well I did study in America I just graduated from Standford, I've come back to further my education here at Magnolia U."
Gajeel was stunned she left for college three years ago meaning she fast tracked to her degree, damn this woman was something else.
"Hey now, I'm here too" Cana said after taking a drink out of her flask.
"Oh, right sorry you were the one that called me correct?" Gajeel asked
"Of course, by the way I'm Cana Albarona please ta me ya finally Gajeel"
"Please to meet you too now can someone please tell me what's going on with shorty"
"Well...... She's resting now but she was in bad shape when me and Scarlet found her"
"Who did this?" Gajeel asked
"Nope not telling you that one Erza told me about your history and the fact your on the right path now we're not gonna screw that up OK? Don't worry that person is being taken care of as we speak." Cana concluded. Damn woman always telling his business to people but that's how she kept him Natsu and Grey out of trouble she was like the big sister they never had. Of course Gajeel did have a bad temper and he did roll with some shady characters but that wasn't him anymore.
"Can I go in?" Gajeel asked
"Yea of course as a matter of fact we was just waiting on you right? Scarlet?"
"Yes, Gajeel please when you have time I'd like to talk to you in private." Gajeel gulped it was never good when Erza Scarlet wanted to talk in private but then again he has been kept his nose clean so it shouldn't be a problem. Gajeel open and shut the door to the room as quietly as possible so as to not disturb the sleeping form on the bed. He quickly moved to her bedside and pulled up a chair to sit and just look at her. Her hair was disheveled and going everywhere her face had a few scratches on it blemishing her beautiful pale skin. The more Gajeel looked the more pissed he got at the person who did this to her, they would pay he was sure of that.

Cana and Erza returned to their unmarked police car for undercover detectives.
"Man can't believe little Levy is pregnant and By Gajeel of all people" Cana said as they got in the car.
"Yeah its a shocker to me as well" Erza said starting up the car.
"Hey where am I?"
The two detectives looked into the backseat to see Freed handcuffed and bloodied.
"In the back of a squad car pal, we got some questions for ya" Cana said with a smile.
"Tch, I want a lawyer I'm not saying nothing"
"That's, fine Mr. Justine but we know that your actions tonight were not off impulse so before you get your " lawyer " I'm going to need you to tell me why Phantom Lord and Jose are causing problems again" Erza said as they sped off into the night.

Hahaha man I love throwing in these curveballs so just to let y'all know the baby will be fine I'm not that kind of sick bastard but it will probably be a while before my next update because obviously I'm working on another story and I'm in the army lol well thanks again for the support as always y'all keep me writing so tell me what you like and don't like I'm open to all criticism thank you and until next time
