Chapter 4: sleepover

London's P.O.V

After school i talked to Emily about having a sleepover at my house tonight
"When I get home I'll ask her then I'll text you" I said, at lunch I added Emily to my contacts so I didn't have to worry to get it down quickly, I saw bus drive up the street
"Okay and I'll ask my mom" Emily yelled as she ran across the field and to her house.

Emily's P.O.V

I ran into my house and threw my backpack on the ground and ran to my mom
"Can I have a sleepover at my new friends house tonight?" I asked my mom, she turned around with her cup of coffee in her hand
"Slow done, tell me about her" my mom said
"Her name is London, she's 16 she has her learners permit for driving, and on her birthday she's doing the driving test" I explained, my mom nodded the whole time I spoke
"Tonight?" My mom asked
"Yes and she still has to ask her mom" I answered, my mom nodded again
"Um let me know what her moms answer is then I will talk to her mom okay" my mom explained I smiled and ran up to my room to charge my phone.

London's P.O.V

I ran into my house my mom was reading the paper
"Can my new friend Emily sleepover here tonight?" I asked, my mom put the paper down
"Can I call her mom and talk to her?" My mom asked
"Sure" I answered punching her number in then letting it ring
"Hello London?" Emily asked
"My mom wants to talk to your mom" I said
"Mine too, let me get her" Emily said I heard her yell for her mom then I heard a new voice
"Hello" the new voice said
"Hi I'm London and my mom wants to talk to you" I greeted
"Okay" she said, I handed the phone to my mom, they talked for almost and hour. My mom ended the call
"She can sleepover" my mom said I jumped up and down in excitement, I ran upstairs and cleaned my room and made my bed
" when is she coming over?" I asked
"After supper" my mom yelled "supper" she added I ran down downstairs and ate supper I called Emily and told her to come over. After 30 minutes I heard a knock at the door and I answered it Emily was standing with her mom and she was holding a suitcase I invited them in are moms gave the rules then Emily's mom left. Me and Emily went to my room she got out a list of things to do at a sleepover the first thing was have a face mask, we did that
"Can I give you a makeover?" Emily asked
"No, I will get acne and blackheads" I explained
"I have non harmful makeup" Emily begged
"Fine" I sighed she put some makeup on me
"You look good with makeup you should start wearing makeup" Emily said I thought about it
"Okay, but only for a month" I said
"In a makeover you need new clothes so that means shopping" Emily yelled, we started laughing, we walked downstairs
"Mom can you take us to the mall?" I asked
"Sure" mom said I grabbed my money I had a lot since I got $90 from delivering papers every month and I have been delivering paper for two and a half years. I got lots of clothes and makeup, Emily helped me pick out.
