|Chapter 12|
-.-.-
The meeting room was tense and silent. Many were silently begging for someone to break the tense atmosphere. Even Italy was silent because he knew he would mess something up. America always used this moments to make some remark and everything would go to normal again. But here he was, his face untraceable, and his eyes calculating. He was silent for the most part. And with that the meeting had begun.
Russia was up first. He described the things that were happening on his end of the side and detailed things the other countries could do to help. Many were agreeing on things, but many silently watched the American write down ideas and such.
Next was China, he was hurting badly and went on with the supplies the other countries have to send to help. China now had the right to pick the next one who is going to present. He pointed at no other than America.
"I chose you, America." America slowly stood up and calmy walked to the spot the Chinese was standing on.
He sighed and took a breath, "Okay I'll send troops and supplies to who is in need of them. The following countries who are in need of supplies must be present and state your name at your given point. Those who must establish a base any near my coastal area or fly near my country without permission will get shut down. Even though I have join this war, I personally will not be engaged on this. I'll take all my choices on my homeland, any objections?"Many were shocked-- least to say-- about how professional he sounded. A lonely hand waved in the air. America silently sigh, "Yes Russia?"
"Why aren't you joining the fight personally Alfred?" Russia-- No Ivan-- did made a point. "Because Ivan, I was forced to help." Silence. Again. America really didn't want to help, but felt that needed to do something to improve the economy. Plus to get rid of the dept that had.
"Is that truly the reason?" Japan. Oh little Japan, the personification that he used to call a friend. What if he could just go back into his old self? The one that was so carefree. Why not just one more time for old's sake?
"Hahahha! Dude why do you sound like that?! Don't worry dude 'cause I'm the hero!"
That's what Alfred would say right? It's been so long that he has forgotten how to act like his old-self.
"Well yes, other than improving my economy."
