Reign Academy

Today it was so stressful at the school. Parents and children were complaining to me because the trip to six flags was canceled. I am the owner and director of Reign Academy. The students were promised the trip if they have perfect behavior. At Reign we teach kids from 3-16 yrs old about the Arts.

I still cant get over, how Ariel's Dad reacted to the canceled trip. He came up to my office and he was calm at first and we were having a decent conversation about how his daughter did a good job on behaving way better than in the past.

Ariel was the worst 5 yr old child that attends Reign academy. Once she has cursed out a teacher and caused the teacher to break her arm just because the teacher gave her the wrong juice. But ever since the announcement about six flags she was on her best behavior. But then while her dad was talking to me I told him that I had a very important meeting to attend.

He yelled "I'm more important than any damn meeting" and he punched me.

My instincts told me to fight back and then call security. But instead, I pushed the red button under my desk to call security as I gave him my death stare. And he had the audacity to try to hit me again. I wanted to swear at him but I knew that could be a risk. But I was boiling once Mark and Nick came rushing to my office and tackled Ariel's father as he tried to punch me in my mouth. Nick grabbed him just before his fist came in contact with my face. While Mark pulled me out of the way and ran over to help Nick hold the man down. But, some how he broke a loose from their hold and he rushed over to were I was standing and tried to tackle me. But then Max came in and assisted Nick and Mark get him off me.

As they dragged him out the door he yelled, "Ms.Mills I will be back and I will destroy you for destroying my little girl's happiness!!"

I'm so glad to be home to see Henry and my dog Coco. Later, I was going to meet Mark for dinner because he wanted to talk. I don't know what about, hopefully he remembered today was our 6 month anniversary. But on this type of day I would rather be in the Enchanted Forest alone with him. so instead I went out to the garden. But Henry or Mark don't know about the secret garden behind the shed and other things. That's were I kept my apple tree and a bench along with a bin of books.

Henry wasn't going to be home for another hour and Coco was in the kitchen with Snow eating. So that gave me a good 45 mins of quiet thinking time. I still cant get the image of Ariel's father out my mind as he tried to hurt me repeatedly. I wounder if that's why Ariel used to behave badly. My thoughts got interrupted by a call from Emma.

"Yes Emma"

"Regina, do you remember the man that assaulted you at the school today?"

"Well duh I do, what about him?"

"He has went to prison for battery assault and because he left multiple bruises on you he has 18 years. But he bad news is that Ariel has no other family and she will be going into the system."

" And what does that have to do with me? It's not my fault her father is a psycho mania. Even though I was starting to grow to like her."

"Well I was going to adopt her but I made an agreement that when her father gets out he can see her if she wills it. Also I have a restraining order form for you if you want it. And you have always known that I've wanted a girl. Not that Henry isn't enough, I hope he will be excited about having a little sister."

"Umm... Emma I have to go....Bye"

"Re..."

I didn't give her the chance to ask me if I was okay because I was actually happy that Emma was going finally have a daughter. Ariel is going to be in a much better place with Emma and maybe she will be able to explain to Emma why she was so bad in class. My thoughts were interrupted again when I heard the school bus turning the corner. I decided that I needed to get to the kitchen and act like I was actually doing something before Henry walked in.

I disappeared to the kitchen leaving purple smoke behind me. For some strange reason I decided to change into another outfit. Something more comfortable. I changed into some shorts and a tee shirt and headed to open the door for Henry. As soon as I opened the door Henry walked straight in and right upstairs. He didn't give me a hug or anything. I'm highly offended.

"Well hello to you too" I whisper to myself as I walk up the stairs. I walk straight to his room and he was laying on his bed with his headburied into his pillow.

"Henry whats wrong??"

"Mom...
