I heard machines beeping and something was rushing air through my nose. I tried opening my eyes to see where I was, but when I finally got my eyes cracked opened I shut them immediately. I had a bright light staring me dead in my eyes.

"I think she finally coming to, Regina are you awake" I heard someone call. I wanted to say yea and ask who they where, but something stopped me. I couldn't make a sound. So, instead I tried to move my hand to let hem know I heard them. But, I couldn't move my hands either.

'Come on Regina, I can do this.' With all my strength I was finally was able to open my eyes. I had to fight the urge to shut them again because of the painful white light in my face.

"She's awake, She's awake" I heard someone yell as I heard more people running in the room. I tried to turn my head or at least sit up to see what was happening. I could finally turn my head to see that I had IV in my arm, a heart monitor beeping and, an oxygen tube in my nose.

'What ever happened to me must have been bad' I thought. But my thoughts were interrupted when, I guess was a doctor walked in.

"I'm glad to finally see you awake Ms. Mills, how do you feel." He asked

"I'm okay but the back of my head hurts" I told him.

"Well, I'm sorry to say that you have a mild concussion and your nose is bruised pretty badly. I want you to tell me everything that you can remember." He told me.

"Okay, so my boyfriend and I were arguing and that's all I remember" I told him

"Well it seems that you have remember majority of what I was told. So you will be able to leave the hospital by tomorrow if you continue to show improvement. But you will have to continue to apply an ice pack to the bridge of your nose twice a day. I will prescribe some pain medication, so you should be okay, only if you take it easy. Any questions?" He asked me.

"What caused me to faint or what ever happened to cause me to be here" I asked him because I was wondering, was it stress, or something else.

" Well from the test we ran and the information I was told, your stress levels were very high which caused you to faint and go into panic." He said, while taking the oxygen tube out my nose.

"Awe thank you Doctor..."

"I'm doctor Will"

"Well thanks Doctor Will"

He finally walked out my room. I guess he told Henry and Snow I could have visitors because as soon as Will walked out Henry came running into my room.

"Mom!!!!!!!" he yelled as he ran into my arms giving me the biggest hug ever almost making it impossible for me to breath.

"Can't breath Henry" I struggled to say as he loosened his grip.

"Sorry... how are you, when will you be able to come home, were is Mark. if I ever see him again I wanna kill him. He caused you to land here in the ho.." He ranted until I cut him off.

"It's okay. I have a mild concussion and my nose is bruised pretty badly, but I will be on medication and I will have to apply an ice pack on my nose twice a day. But other than that I will be okay. And for Mark, I don't know and I don't care where he is. You and Snow can head home because I will be home tomorrow. You can stop worrying about me, I will be just fine. I have doctors and nurses around me if I need anything. Snow do you mind staying at my house until I get home."

"Sure Regina. I was going to anyway even if you didn't want me to. Do you mind if David comes over to so then is't more than one adult there just in case of and emergency?" She asked

"Sure. I don't care. And thanks." I replied as I looked around the small room and I saw a bear sitting next to my bed. On its hospital gown it said 'Get well soon'. Henry and Snow were on there way out my room when I stopped them.

"Wait, Snow did you give me that bear?" I asked with confusion coming over me.

"No. Maybe Emma brought it here before you woke up? maybe, I'm not sure." She replied, sounding as confused as I did. And she walked out my room with Henry.

I just noticed I was in a room with a great view. I could see all of the city bellow me. I was thinking who could have given me the bear. My thoughts were interrupted when my phone rang. It was Emma.

"Hello?"

"Regina, thank goodness your awake. How are you?"

"I'm okay.  I have a mild concussion and my nose is bruised pretty badly, but I will be on medication and I will have to apply an ice pack on my nose twice a day."

"Okay. And when will you be home."

"Tomorrow. What have you been up to?"

"Worrying about you and before that I was working on the adoption process for Ariel. I'm so excited to finally have a little girl that I can finish raising. Also I hope I can change this kids life around, and hopefully she will be happy with me. I wonder will she and Henry get along?"

"They probably will get along. You know how Henry is. He can make a friends in no time."

" I know that. But, this is different. She will become his little sister. Henry has never had a sibling, so we'll have to see. And don't you need rest? Call me when you are released, so I can come pick you up.See you tomorrow."

"Okay." I replied as I ended the call, rolled over and fell a sleep. Completely forgetting to ask about the bear.
