Chapter 7

Aria woke up to a bright light, and at first she panicked when she forgot where she was. But as she opened her eyes, she saw Ezra in his small kitchen making breakfast. She smiled, then walked over to him and sat down ok the counter.

"Did you sleep well?" Ezra asked.

"Of course, I'm at your apartment." Aria responded. he kissed her on the nose and continued making breakfast. She hopped off the counter and went into the bathroom. While she was in there, she heard her phone go off just outside the door. After she got out she checked it.

Looks like Aria can't stay away,

maybe I'll have to teach you how.

Aria didn't know what to do. She thought that A was gone, high school was over. Whoever was doing this must be pranking her. She set down her phone and took a deep breath. She was here with Ezra, everything was alright. Clearly her face didn't show the same expression she was thinking of in her head, because Ezra came over and asked her what was wrong.

"Is A threatening you again? Every time you get a text you flinch like someone is hurting you."

"I just think someone is playing a joke on me." Aria responded.

"It's not a joke. Let me see what they said." Aria showed Ezra he text and he looked up at her.

"Aria, you're safe here. Our relationship isn't against any law anymore. We are both adults." Aria thought about this carefully. There really wasn't anything to worry about now that she was eighteen. She kissed Ezra and he kissed her back. They moved to the bed, without taking a breath. They got under the covers and took off all their clothes. That afternoon, they had sex. Aria still couldn't believe that they did it a second time, even when she told her friends.

"Hold on a minute, did you guys even use protection? Do you realize that you could get pregnant?" Spencer asked frantically.

"Well, we figured that if it happens, then it happens." Aria responded.

"Oh my god, that is so cute." Hanna added.

"I'm going to have to go with Spencer on this one, guys. How are you going to take care of a baby? You aren't even married yet! I mean, we'll help you, but come on Aria." Emily said.

"I'm not even pregnant! We just did it today and I didn't say that you had to, Em, and Ezra has a job, I'm planning on going to college, everything will be perfect if it happens."
