sunk down in your arms
i can feel your heart beating
it moves at a slow rhythmic pace
you are the one that i know i need
more than ever now
my love for you grows
while you feed off of my being
i don't know how
but you have sewn
every little piece that came undone
every little thread was torn apart
when i was claimed to be not the one
suddenly my heart followed a shooting star
tripping over my feet as a ran as fast as i could
and now here we are
in one another's arms
smiling from ear to ear
you will protect me from harm
i know that i truly belong here
in a home that will never leave me
in a place that i can see will lead me to true happiness
standing here i will be
everything you have ever wanted
everything you could ever ask for
my love will not leave you haunted
forever more
