Prologue

I'm Leniya and I'm 16.

I was an only child, from my mom until she had my little sister who is now 2.

I have 2 siblings from my dad. One is older and the other is the same age.

I have 1 step brother named JJ, but we don't really get a long. Our parents have been dating for 4 years, but recently got married & that's when we went to live with him & his dad.

I have 2 best friends named Ryshelle and Tiffany. I've known them both since 6th grade and even though we are different, we are still so close.

I'm quiet. I don't talk much, especially when I'm around people I don't know. I hate loud people or drama. Ry and Tiff be in the middle of it all. I'm just glad they never drag me in it with them.

I have plans. I just want to finish school, go to college, get my degree & start a business. Haven't decided what kind of business yet though. I have time.

My life is pretty boring, honestly. But I like it that way. I think the drama free life is the life for me. And never will I ever think otherwise.
