Chapter 4

When I woke up the next morning, I didn't even want to get up, but I smelled food. I was so hungry. I didn't go out with them to eat after the dance, I came straight home.

I brushed my teeth then cleaned my face and headed downstairs. I stopped when I saw JJ door open because I would rather him walk in front of me then behind me.

He walked out behind some girl. I gace him the eye because he went to the dance with my best friend last night but he waking up with some random hoe the next day. I shook my head following behind them downstairs.

I walked in the kitchen and my step dad was the one cooking. He was the best cook so I was ready to eat.

"Good morning, Mike." I spoke.

"Hey what up?"

"What are you making?" I asked.

"Breakfast."

"Really?" I asked. He laughed.

"Hey Zya." I gave my baby sister a hug.

"Hi Niy."

"What are doing pretty girl?" I asked.

"I drawing and waiting to eat." She kept her eyes on her paper.

"What are you drawing?"

"A cat." She showed it to me.

"That's the best cat I've ever seen." I said. She smiles happily.

"The food ready. Do you mind making yo sister a plate?"

"Yea I can." I started making both me and Zya. "Where's my mama?" I asked.

"She upstairs."

"Hurry yo ass up, I'm trying to eat." JJ came in pushing me by my head.

"Move and wait punk." I kicked his leg.

"J yo sister right there. Watch yo mouth and stop talking to yo step sister like that. Or do you want to go back over there with yo mama?"

"My bad." He looked at me and I smirked.

Mike and JJ were extremely close. They were more like friends than father and son. That's why he doesn't car about JJ and all of these girls he bring over. My mom does though.

After I finished making me and my little sister food we took our plate into the living room, watched tv and ate. JJ came sitting with us. I slid over putting more distance between us.

"We not changing the channel." We were watching "The Lion Guard."

"Alright. I don't mind watching what my lil sis watch." I rolled my eyes.

"Where is Tiffany and who was that ugly girl leaving your room?

"I don't know. She probably at home. Call her. And she wasn't here for you so don't worry about it."

"You messed up. She really likes you and you playing games with her."

"How am I messed up? She wanted to go home and I wanted to do smash something."

"Oh my God. I cannot wait until she's over you." I finished my food then went upstairs to call Tiffany. She answered the phone in her drowsy voice like she was still sleep so I let her go and told her to all me later.

I checked my phone and saw that Jordan had texted me saying good morning. Meshay texted me and so did Ry. Ry was the only one who noticed I disappeared last night because she the only one asking me where I was last night. I'll tell her one day.

I was hoping I got a text from Donte, but I shouldn't expect it.

I laid across the bed and hopped on ig to look at everyone pictures from last night. But before I did I looked at everyone else's. I saw Tiff had posted a picture of me her and Ry. We looked so cute.

I liked and reposted it and kept scrolling. I stopped at Donte's post. I watched the video he posted last night and after a few seconds, my mouth dropped.

It was a video of me giving him head and it said. "Best dance I ever been to. #Headgame100"

I was pissed. How dare he record me and post the video? I'm just glad he didn't mention my name or tag me so hopefully nobody know that was me.

I'm not about to let him get to me. I hope he text or call my phone today because I'm cursing him out.

I liked the video so that he know I saw it then looked for something to wear. I wasn't going anywhere, but I didn't want to walk around the house all day on my pajamas.

After I got out of the shower and dressed, I saw that I had a missed call from a unsaved number. I wasn't going to call it back but something kept telling me to do it.

"Yo"

"Who is this?"

"Donte. What though"

"Nothing. I just got out of the shower"

"Over there smelling all good and shit. You busy later or can you chill?"

"With who?"

"Me"

Just us"

"Yea just us. That's cool right?"

"Of course"

"You stay with JJ right?"

"I do"

"Cool. I'll hit you up when I'm on my way"

"Ok"

At that point I completely forgot to mention that video. But if he does come by later, I'll make sure I let him know that was not ok.
