Chapter 12

(Blake's POV)

I closed my eye's waiting for the pain, when i felt none i slowly opened my eye's to see Alastor. Mark stared wide eyed but that soon turned into a glare "why do you get in the way of everything!" he yelled. Alastor smirked "cause he's mine." mark growled and charged at him. Alastor and mark had a full out battle and just like Alastor told mark when he tried to make me his the first time...he ripped out his throat. Alastor sustained minor injures except for the one on his side which was bleeding alot. He held his side and untied me i quickly hugged him being careful because of his wounds. He hugged back and buried his face in my neck i started crying "A-Alastor i was sc-sared." i whispered he held me tighter and looked at me. He kissed my forehead and wiped my tears "Blake i won't let anyone hurt you, alright?" i nodded. He kissed my forehead again "let's go home." he took my hand and we headed back home. As soon as we stepped through the door he stripped out of his shirt and began to look at the wound. It hadn't healed meaning mark used a demon weapon, i continued to look at the wound. "Does it hurt?" i asked Alastor rolled his eye's "no it tickles." he growled i flinched and looked down, i heard him sigh and walk towards me. He hugged me and sat down pulling me into his lap "Blake I'm sorry I'm still pissed that mark took you and tried to kill you." he said. I looked at him "he kissed me." his grip on me tightened "the entire time i was wanting you, wishing you were the one kissing me." i whispered. Alastor's hand cupped my cheek i leaned into his touch and he kissed me, he pulled away "i promise the only person kissing you will be me." he smiled. Afterwards we ate, patched his and my wounds, and went to bed, i laid there with Alastor's arm around my waist. My eye's slowly closed and i fell asleep to Alastor's calm breathing.

(Alastor's POV)

Once i was sure Blake was asleep i slipped out of bed and headed towards the basement. I turned on the lights and looked at the blueprints on the wall, on my last mission i was sent to kill a man who knew my father. When i killed him i noticed he was holding papers, i took the papers and saw they were blueprints for a machine my father made. It was a machine to kill all demons.
