"Here we are!" Steve said as he opened the door to dorm 15. First thing Emily saw was the bunk bed.
"Can I have the top bed?"
"Yeah. I always sleep on the bottom bunk anyways."
"Yay!" Emily then flew into the bunk without thinking. Uh oh. She just used her powers in front of a human.
Steve's eyes grew wide.
"Did you just..."
"Uh... No..."
"W-What are you?" Steve sounded terrified. Emily teleported closer to Steve, and looked him in the eye. Steve started shaking.
"I'm not... Human..."
"Then what are you?"
"I'm a elf."
"Wow! I didn't know elf's have vampire powers!"
"OMG! Dude. I am a vampire!"
"Oh god! Don't hurt me!"
"I won't hurt you! Just don't tell anyone."
"Why?"
"Because, Steve, then the secret will be out that vampires exist."
"Okay... Just one more question..."
"What?"
"Are you like a normal vampire or..."
"I'm the princess." With that Emily hugged herself, turned, and went back into her bunk, a tear going down her face.
Steve saw a little shimmer of the tear going down her chin.
"Oh, I'm sorry, d-did I say something wrong?" Steve asked.
"No, no, you said nothing, I guess I just have a little home sickness..."
"Okay then, let's go on to bed. You might feel better in the morning."
Steve walked over to his bunk and got ready for bed.
Emily took her blankets and put them over her, to make her feel like she was home, in her casket.
"Night." She whispered before she drifted to sleep.

My tablet broke because my little sister stepped on it
