I've Got A Secret

Chapter 6

When Emily woke up she was surprised that Steve was already up.

Hm since he knows... I can goof off with him...

Emily smirked as she turned invisible. She teleported out of her bunk, letting her blanket fall from where she once was.

Steve starred at the falling blanket. He walked towards her bunk, picked up her blanket, and felt where she slept.

He started to get a little worried.

"Did.... Wha... She..."

"You will never see Emily again. A dark force swept her away why she slept. You will parish, foolish mortal." Emily held back a giggle as she watched Steve begin to panic.

She teleported behind Steve, still invisible. She started making that vampire hissing sound in his ear. He tried to hit where it was coming from, and Emily's vampire instinct kicked in as she grabbed his wrist.

A horrified look crossed his face.
Emily blinked back into existence and began to laugh.

"You fell for it! Haha!"

"Shut up, Emily!"

"Your face wa-"

"Get ready, we have to go to homeroom first."

"Fine."

Emily walked over to her bag and pulled out a pink one strap with a black tank top and dark blue jeans.

"This is perfect! Wait... Steve, when is picture day?"

"Why are you asking? I thought vampires can't be in photos."

"We can, we can also get in the sun. Only for 2 minuets though..."

"Oh, okay. Picture day is tomorrow." Steve held up a calendar and pointed at picture day.

"Thanks!" Emily took out the outfit her mom gave her and set it aside. She gathered what she choose and went to the restroom to change.

Steve was already dressed. He had a pair of jeans with a green-ish belt and a light blue T-shirt. All he needed to do is comb his hair.

"Done!" Emily yelled as she walked out. Steve ran inside and combed his hair. He walked out, looking proud. They grabbed their book bags and Emily followed him.

"What's homeroom?" Emily asked.

"Your home class I guess. It's hard to explain..."

"Okay..."

The rest of the way pretty silent. Until Steve stopped by his locker.

"Why are we here?"Emily was confused.

"I need my books," Steve answered as he stuffed all of his books in his book bag.

"Oh... I don't have books."

"Not yet. You will get your books as you go to class." Steve shut his locker once he was done. As soon as it clicked the bell sounded. "Just in time. Let's go."

Steve walked into a classroom and Emily followed.
