Will's P.O.V
"Really Nico!" I shout at him. He probably can't even make out the words, he's too brain dead to hear me.
"Gods I leave for one second and your freaking killing yourself!"
"Tell me about it." Annabeth says as we Drag an almost dead teenager to the infirmary.
"Argh! I swear when you wake up for this nap your about to take you'll wish you would've died!" I growl at my best friend.
We walk run through the hallway. No one giving us a second glance. Stuff like this happens all the time in the infirmary.
"Here! Here!" I say as we haul Nico into bed.
"Thank you Annabeth!" I say to the daughter of Wisdom.
"Anytime Will, I love Nico! I just wish he wasn't so reckless all the time!" Annabeth huffs.
"Well that makes two of us." I say and she walks out. I turn to the beat up boy. What am I going to do with him? I hate seeing him like this. And... And I think I love him. I don't think Nico feels the same. But I can be his shoulder to cry on. I'll be his best friend. As long as he wants me as a friend. Because I know we'll never be anything more.
Third P.O.V
Will stayed with Nico for the two days he was out of it. Will's heart went out to the boy. He was slowly but surely falling deeply in love with him. When Nico finally woke up Will was over joyed.
Nico looked down at himself and frowned. He has bandages everywhere. His shirt had been removed.
"I feel like shit." Nico says and Will laughs. Will sits down and truly smiles at him. Nico smiles right back. His smile. Will loves it so much. Will hugs Nico. Gives him a huge hug. Nico only lets five people touch him. Will, Reyna, Thalia, Hazel, and Jason. But the only person who can give him really big hugs and fix his hair and stupid stuff like that is Will. Nico, nico fell for Will such along time ago. Just to scared to do anything about it. But today was the day, for both boys.
"Nico, what would you do if I kissed you?" Will asks still in the hug.
"Well, I would kiss you back." Nico replies simply.
"So... Can I kiss you death boy?"
"Yeah, yes you can Sunshine." Will pulls back and looks at Nico in the eye. Looking for any signs that he didn't want to kiss him. And there were none.
"Fine." Nico says after awhile of Will not making a move. Nico's lips crash to Will's. Not a hot or eager kiss. A loving one. A kiss of full understanding and happiness because they never thought it would happen. Will runs his hands through Nico's hair. Will breaks away and kisses his head where there's a bandage. Nico smiles at will. Pulling him into a hug. Pulling him into the bed and Will's head on his bandaged chest. Making sure not to hurt the smaller boy.
