Nico's P.O.V
Today was my off day from work. So I thought I would take Bianca out for the day. My husband Will had work so it was just me and her. I'm definitely not complaining, I love Bianca with all my heart and we're long past due for a day together.
"What do you want to do today bee?" I ask her.
"I don't know dad, but I do know one thing! I'm huunngrry." She says and leans against me.
"Hhm I okay!" I say. "Let's go!" I tell her and pick her up. I throw her in the air. She laughs and smiles brightly. We walk out of the house down to my car.
We drive for awhile until we pull through the drive through at McDonald's. I order a happy meal, a ten piece chicken nugget, and a coke. I pull the car up to the window and pay. We drive for a bit longer, to a big park with a big pond.
We walk halfway around and sit at the picnic tables. I set her food in front of her. We eat and look around. Enjoying the peacefulness of the park and pond. Ducks quacking and waddling around. Until my phone rings.
"Hey Will." I say as I pick the phone up.
"Hey baby, what are you guys up to today?" He asks.
"Nothing much, we're at the park. When is your shift over?" I ask him.
"Ooh the park, six, tonight." He says. "You guys didn't get McDonald's did you?" He asks, I can feel him raise an eyebrow. Shit. He's on to us.
"Of course not Will!" I tell him. Fingers crossed!
"BS, yes you did. Eh, that's fine, but you two need to get exercise!" Will tells me and I knew I should follow his rules.
"You're getting too good at that." I chuckle.
"Yeah yeah, well my break is over, I'll see you two tonight! Love you!" Will says.
"We love you too Will." I say and hang up. I look over at Bianca. She starts to laugh and I join her. I collect her garbage and throw it away. We walk around the pond three times.
"Look at the baby ducks Bee!" I tell her and point to the four small ducklings waddling after the mother. She smiles.
Will's P.O.V
Later that night when my shift was over and I drove home, I found Nico and Bianca, sleeping on the couch. I walked up the stairs and set all my things down. I changed, and grabs the comforter off the bed. I walked back down stairs and joined my family, asleep on the couch.
