Chapter 9 - .....Of The End

Will's POV

I wake up to an empty bed. .....

AN EMPTY BED!?

"MATT!?!" I shoot up looking frantically for him.

"Will." I look and see Dolon. "Matt is in the Command Center... He's talking to the world leaders that are here. He's been planning World War Three for two hours now."

I get dressed and run to the Command Center. I walk in and everyone looks at Matt. He's talking to the world leaders about the war that is going to happen. I want to avoid it, sadly Matt doesn't. 

"Baby?" I walk slowly to Matt.

"Ya?" He turns around, he hasn't slept. 

"What are you doing?" I stand next to him and look at the giant TV screen. 

"Seeing who is with us, against us, or neutral. Maxon is forcing some of the smaller countries to join him, but they want to stay neutral."

"So, what is our plan?" 

"Well, if Maxon plans are taking them by attacking them then they will call us and we will defend them and they will be with us."

"Oh, ok." I say. "How much sleep did you get?"
"None."

"OK then." I look at Matt, He's playing with his hair.

"Stop looking at me."

I look at the ground and walk away.

'Did you feel that?' Asks my wolf.

'Ya... I did.' I reply.

The White Wolf has taken over. I walk to the kitchen to eat some breakfast when  I see Sarah. 

"Hey." 

She doesn't say anything.

"Sarah?" 

she looks up at me. "oh... Hey."

"Is everything ok?" 

"We lost Brady." 

"I know, but we will get him back." 

"I know but did you see what it's doing to Matthew? That's not even my son, it's The White Wolf."

"I felt it too." Mom walks in. "Will, I am so sorry."

"It's ok Mom. We will get him back." 

"Yes, yes we will." Walks in Matt, or should I say The White Wolf. 

"Matthew..."

"No Sarah." Says The White Wolf. "I am The White Wolf now. Maxon is no more, He's just The Black Wolf now." 

"What do you want us to call you then?" 

"Sir, Lord, Or White Wolf." He grins.

"White Wolf, is Matthew still in there?" Asks Sarah.

"Yes he is. Don't worry, I'll take good care of his body." 

"I didn't know the wolf could something like this."

"Only in dire situation, like this. The Black Wolf as declared war on us. Matthew isn't built for war, so, I took over. William, you will hand over all your power to me so I can lead this war."

"With all due respect but, I am alpha of this pack and the countries so I..."
"NO YOU WILL NOT. You will hand over all the power to me, when this war is won I'll give it back over."

I grip my fist. 'Who does he think he is? Commanding ME to hand over MY power."

"You will do it William."
