I wake up feeling like I am missing a part of myself. I open my eyes and there is a cold cloth on my forehead. I look around and I'm in a bed, covered in a real fur blanket, the ones that are from skinned animals. there is a fireplace with a pot on it to my right, whatever is cooking it smells good. I hear someone coming up stairs.

"Oh, Matthew, you're awake." I see a woman with deep tan skin, long brown hair, green eyes, wearing a silk green toga.

"You don't know me but I know you can save me." She sits on the bed and wettens the cloth again.

"May I ask where am I? And who are you?"

"I am Mother. The creator, what some people call god. And we are on my private island." She gets up and walks to the fire next to me. She grabs a bowl and pours the liquid in the bowl. "Here, this is some soup. It will make you you strong."

She helps me by feeding me.

"Thank you. But why are you helping me?" I ask.

"Because you can end this war." She smiles.

"How?" I question.

"By killing White. It won't be easy." She stands up and walks to a chest. "Here is a weapon that will kill White. I know it weird that the Mother Nature is giving you a weapon but it must be done."

She opens it and it's a sword. The sheath is made of gold and diamonds.

"This sword is the only weapon I made. When this world was just beginning I had to protect it with my life. Monsters from across the galaxy wanted to destroy this world. White Wolf was the only monster that made it through my defenses. This sword will defeat him. I trust you Matthew, Tamer Of The Wolf, to kill him." She hands me the sword and I feel the power.

"Wait." Coming to my senses, "White Wolf is the reason why there are werewolves on earth?"

She looks away. "Yes. Killing him will erase the werewolf gene. That means there will be no more wolfs on earth. I believe you will make the right call and end this." She gets up and walks downstairs.

I sit in bed and thank about this. Killing him means killing all werewolves, if I do that what happens to the packs across the world? What happens to everyone who was is a Wolf? So many questions.

"The ultimate cure." I mumble to myself.

Part of me is saying do it, the other part says no. I wonder if I can even transform into a Wolf. I get up and out of bed and try. I feel... nothing. Am I mortal? I walk downstairs and see the front door open. The house is pretty modern, floor to ceiling windows, chef's kitchen, flat screen, ect. I walk outside and see Mother petting a deer. She looks at me and back to the deer.

"Come here Matthew."

I walk to her. She gestures that I pet the deer. I slowly raise my hand and lay it on the deer. So soft, so calm.

"What do you think?" She looks at me.

"Beautiful. Calming." I pet the deer.

"Haha. It is isn't it?" She smiles.

"Mother, do you ever travel the world? See what we did to your lands?"

"Always. And upset most of the time sadly. So much pollution." Her smile goes away. "I often think of what might happen if I leave this planet."

"We would die." I say without thinking.

"Only if you humans don't create spaces travel within the next hundred years. If I leave right now this planet will live for a hundred more years the way you humans are going."

"If I kill White, you did the werewolf gene with disappear right?" I ask.

"That's what I think. He's the god of werewolves so if the god dies so does his people. I know if I die the planet will die with me, not a hundred years after but a couple of hours." She says.

"Oh," I sit on the group when a baby wolf lays next to me. "The gene is the only thing to go right? We will live?" I pick up the baby wolf and pet him.

"Yes." She says, "will you do it?"

I think about it for a few minutes, weighing the options.

"Yes, I will kill White Wolf."
