I am a 21 year old girl who has graduated from Manchester University, recently done a degree in Business– which is basically a study of the business environment in the outside world. I don't know why I picked out the course in the first place, but it made me get more interested into studying about the business aspect so I went to pursue that for the next 3 years when I was 18.While I was there, I met a good looking yet mysterious guy (maybe that was what was so attractive) who enrolled at the university just recently and what's even more awkward... Is that he is also in all of my classes as he enrolled in studying the Business course, little did I know... I came to fall for him and the worst thing was... he's a vampire.
My name is Lisa and I'm here to tell you my story.
21th September 2009
I have woken up in the warm late autumn sun, smiling that I am excited to go to a new place where I can now take my education further on in the top university called The University of Manchester where I will be studying Business for the next 4 years of my life.
After I got up, I did my daily routine of taking a shower, brushed my teeth, putting on light make up and clothing which is a simple black tank top with light blue jeans accompanied with a red and white plaid shirt wrapped around my waist, suitable for the weather outside. I went downstairs and I greeted my best friend Holly who is going to the same university as me but instead of doing a Business course like me, she had decided a few months back that she wants to do a degree in Fashion Management, as she loves fashion and she has a lifelong dream of becoming a fashion designer after university, so I agreed with the idea.
I grabbed toast and a banana as I wasn't that hungry maybe over from the funny feeling in my stomach that I can't describe; maybe it is from the excitement of going to my first year of university with my best friend Holly. I got into my car and waited for Holly as she took so long putting on make-up but I love her to bits... as she has saved my life multiple times in the past... But I won't talk about that now. Holly came out locking the door of our apartment and walked to the car and got in. I drove off making our way to The University of Manchester which is about 30-40 minutes away, depending on the traffic.
40 minutes later we arrived on time to the university as I tried to find parking space to park the car, as I found one, I drove to the spot and got out of the car, pressing the button on my car to lock it with Holly alongside me.
As me and Holly were about to go into the university campus door, we heard a loud roaring of a car and people murmuring "who is that??" As me and Holly stood at the steps watching as the sleek black car which is the Audi R8, 'no wonder this guy is rich, he can afford everything in this world' parked into the parking space which was, coincidentally next to mine but he didn't realise that it was my car that he parked next to.
I saw the car open and this good looking guy came out of it and heard many people asking, "whoa, who's that guy?" mostly it was girls swooning over the fact that the guy is good looking, really good looking..
I took a moment to study his delicate features; he had short black hair which was spiked swaying softly due to the wind, strong jawbone features, full red lips which seem so kissable, green eyes which make it even more captivating, his face was glowing due to the sunlight and his complexion was perfect, it wasn't too tan but in a perfect tone that I can't describe.
I smiled at him even though he wasn't looking, after looking at numerous girls and smirking, he finally looked at me and I turned away blushing and smiling.
After that small gathering around the field and university campus; I walked down to the reception to collect my timetable for the rest the year, with Holly besides me.
