Chapter 9

Nicole POV

I was sitting in the car waiting for the boys to say they were done so we could meet up . My phone started ringing and it was Dante' . I answered the phone and Dante' was screaming telling me to pull around the front right now . He made me nervous by the way he was screaming . I hope nobody got hurt . I pulled around the front and seen Dante' helping somebody to the car . When he got in I seen it was Deshawn and he was shot . Tear's began to full my eyes seeing my brother in so much pain . Dante' hopped in the car and I sped all the way to the hospital . When we got to the hospital I ran in screaming for a Dr while Dante' helped Deshawn out the car . He wasn't looking too good and it made me panic . I can't lose my big brother . The Dr came get Deshawn and took him to the back . We went to the waiting room and waited for the update on Deshawn . Popz came into the waiting room and asked about Deshawn . I told him we were still waiting for an update on him . I asked Popz what happen with Fat . He said they didn't find him but the boys are still out looking for him. I know Popz will not stop until he find Fat . The Dr. walked in so we went to see what's up with Deshawn . He said that Deshawn is alive but he is in a coma that he can be in for hours , days , weeks , and even years . I hope Deshawn recovers fast . At least we know he will make it . That's all I wanted to know . We asked the Dr. if we could go in to visit him and he said we could . We all went in the room to see him . It really hurted me to see my brother hooked to those machines like that . We all decided that we would take turns staying with him . Dante said he would stay first so I headed home .

Popz POV

Seeing my son laying in that hospital bed really hit a nerve . Fat was gonna pay for this and I mean that . I been trying to call my wife but she must be busy at work because she wasn't answering the phone or texting me back . I stayed to the hospital for a hour before she called me back . I told her what happen to Deshawn and she was furious . She wanted to come to the hospital tonight but I told her to just wait till tomorrow because it was getting late and visiting hours are almost over . After I left the hospital I called Razzie to see if they found Fat but he said no . I told him we was all gonna meet up at the trap in the morning and for him to let the other boys know . When I got home I found my wife in bed crying .

" It's gonna be okay baby , don't cry . I said .

" I can't believe this . Not my baby " . she said with tears streaming from her eyes .

I told her everything the Dr. told me and that kind of made it a little better , but I could tell she was still devastated . We both took our shower and went to sleep .
