It's finally Saturday and I asked my mom if we could go shopping for new clothes.

"Why do you want new clothes?" She asked.

"I want to try something new this year. Change things up a bit."

My mother smiled at me and grabbed her keys. When we got to the mall I headed straight for my favorite store. Hot Topic. But before I went inside I thought to myself, "Amanda doesn't shop here..."

"Mom, where does Amanda shop to get her clothes?"

"Ummmm, I don't know. Definitely not here though. Come on let's go find another store."

So we went into Rue 21. Yup this is definitely a store my sister would shop at. I started to look around.

"Can I help you with anything?" A sales clerk asked me.

"Um, I don't know. I'm looking for something girly that will suit me..." I replied.

She chuckled a bit and led me to the skinny jeans.

"Here try these on and then we will look at shirts."

I went into the dressing room. The jeans were a darker color with sequence on the back pockets. I normally just buy boot cut jeans with nothing on them, but I guess this is more girly. The jeans fit perfectly. I came out of the dressing room and the sales clerk led me to the shirts. She threw like 20 shirts at me to try on! Ok I'm exaggerating, there were only six, but still. I don't normally try on that many shirts. The first shirt I tried on was a blue ombre tank top. The second shirt I tried on was a plain black tank top with nothing on it. The third one was a plain red tank top. The fourth one was pink so I didn't even try it on. What it had on it, I have no idea. The fifth one was my favorite. It was a black shirt with a white heat made out of a treble clef and a base clef. And the sixth one was a dark blue tank top. She gave me a lot of tank tops. I ended up getting all of them but the pink one. I want to be like my sister, but there is no way that I'm wearing pink. Ew. Even I have my limits...
