I of course then followed.
But whenever I saw you, you wore a mask.
In my heart, was a nest you borrowed.
I only realised when it was too late,
You took up all the space in my heart.
All I know, it definitely wasn't fate,
It actually felt like a sharp dart.
I am not letting the same thing happen to me again!
I can't, it'll be detrimental,
For now I have time for my heart to mend.
