* Jace's P.O.V. *

School. Something I hate. Mainly because of how I'm treated.Girls think I'm a player, and will hook up with them. Guys think I'm part of there crew.I like to stink with the same few friends, not the whole school. I'm treated like royalty, I'm far from that. I just think I'm....average, just a regular, like everyone else. I don't try to be who I am . I just try to fit in. It doesnt always work. I come off like a player. I'm not. Honestly I havent even had many girlfriends. Three maybe four. But everyone seems to think other wise.

My family just moved to Florida this summer.Thank god. I go to this new school. Maybe this school I can determine my "image". Not my peers.

When I wake up I feel like I've only slept for 10 minutes. I open one eye immediatly regreting it. I try to go back to sleep. I close my eyes and turn away from the window, avoiding the sun. I enjoy the copmlete silence, just laying there .Until the door swings open revealing my ten year old sister. "JACE! GET UP. " she yells in my direction. "Go away." I mumble back trying to put my face inbetween two pillows. "Get up your gonna be late" she says lifting the covers off of my body. The cool air hits my back. I shudder at the sudden brisk of cool air. "Okay, I'm up" I finally say. Lifting my body off of the soft mattress and swinging my feet over the bed, feeling the warm carpet under my feet.

I get up and shower. Once I'm out I pull my blue jeans on and throw my plane black t-shirt over my head. I head in the direction towards my closet grabbing my shoes . I pick up my backpack and maroon jacket and head down the stairs. I see my mom sitting my the counter sipping on her coffee. I see the steem hitting her nose. "Morning " she says looking toward me. " Morning " I say smiling at her. "Get ready to go." she responds taking another sip from her cup. "school, ugh, why?" I groan "come on its not that bad." She says waving her hand to clear a little of the steam from her hot beverage. "Get in the car,let's go." She says grabbing her keys off the counter heading towards the door. I sigh heavily and slowly follow behind her.
