Jace and I have become best friends, we talk all the time, school,texting and calling. But the past few days he's been hanging out with the "cool " guys at school. I feel like he's gonna change soon, become one of them. Jace is supposed to come over to my house after school today. I can't wait he hasn't came over in a while.
School drags by,right when I get home I clean up around the house. Once the house is clean I run upstairs and take a quick shower. I walk back into my room and begin to seach for something to wear.
Crap, what do i wear.
I finally decide on black jeans with brown cropped sweater.I also throw on a little make-up. I run down the stairs when I hear the doorbell. I rush down to the door , I swing it open revealing Jace in dark jeans and a white t shirt . At the sight of him I bite the inside of my lip. Damn he looks cute. " Hey beautiful" he says. His words make my heart race. " Hey." I respond .He pulls me into a hug.I wrap my arms around his neck . I feel his arms tighten around my waist. He finally pulls away. I instantly miss the contact. God I love hugging him.
When we hang out all we do is talk and joke around, and have fun. After hanging out till it got dark, Jace had to go. I walked him to the door. Pulling him into a hug . I pull away and look into his ocean eyes, my arms sitting lightly on his shoulders. "Bye" I say . "bye." he says back he places his lips on my cheek.My cheek feels like fireworks were just lit over it. He turns towards the door slowly pulling his hands off my waist.
Did he just kiss my cheek
He steps out closing the door behind him. I place my hand on my cheek. I sigh, out of...happiness.
