*Jace's P.O.V*
"Okay class,organize a date and place to meet up with your partners. You have two weeks to do this project." The teacher finally finishes. I turn my body towards Adrienne "Soo." I say,not sure what to say. "uhm we can meet at my place . " she says with a small shrug. "Yea, sounds good." I respond. "Here I'll text you my address." She says taking out a piece of paper and handing it to me. "Write down your number." I grab the paper and write my number down. "Cool" she says smiling.
*After school - Adrienne's P.O.V*
I text Jace my address.
He texts back minutes later " ok, on my way. "
I tidy up a little , and wait for his arrival. Ten minutes later the door bell rings, and I get butterflies. Why am I nervous? I shake off the nerves and walk to the door. I grab the gold knob and swing the door open. He looks up from his feet to my eyes. " Hey ." I say breathlessly. "Hey" he says with a wide smile. " Come on in." I say moving out of the way so he could walk through. "Thanks" he says walking past me. "Where's your parents? " he askes. "There still at work." I say closing the door behind me." Wanna get started?" he says refering to the project, the whole reason he's here. "Yea." I say walking to the living room, him following close behind me.
