I woke up drenched in sweat and gasping for air, as if I didn't feel nasty enough already. I looked to my right and saw my little Sean still alive. Sleeping, but alive. I gather myself before I kiss his forehead and finally decided it's time to go home. I will be back in a few hours, no doubt, I just need sometime to figure this out and fix everything.
Maybe actually bathe too.

"Will you please notify me as soon as possible, should Sean McLoughlin wake up?" I ask the nurse at the reception desk.
"Yes hun, what is your name, relation, and contact info?" She sweetly smiled. She seemed calmer and kinder than the red head I saw last. Her dark curls complimented her whole complexion. Her tag read "Alexia"
"My name is Signe. Signe Hansen, I'm Sean's girlfriend, and my number is •••-•••-••••." I gave her what she needed.
"Thank you very much, enjoy your night. I hope your boyfriend wakes up soon and recovers well." She smiled kindly again.
"Thank you, enjoy your night as well." I laughed. I really need to raise my spirits and think more positively sometimes.

After I got home, I sat in the shower and had yet another debate against myself while the hot water splashed on my back.
I have given myself three options:
One: Let things play out and hope Sean doesn't die, and hope for a full and well recovery
Two: I could try going back to little (y/n) land and hey, I don't know, move away from Gage, hate myself for not staying with Jack, and live a miserably horrible life.
Or ; My favorite option ;
Three: Challenge Anti.
It seems like the best choice to make, I could even twist it so I'd win.
I just need to find a way.
I log on to Jack's computer and look somethings up, and after a short fifteen minutes of searching, I've found my solution.
I walk into the bedroom to change clothes before going to the hospital to say goodbye to Jack potentially forever, if this goes poorly. Who even knows if I'd be able to contact Anti?
I open my closet and the first thing I see is a note.
"Hey 'Signe',
What's up babe? Just figured I'd drop in, say hey, and ah, 'ya know, fill you in a tad. I realized that when I told you your life is not a video game, well I was kinda wrong. And oh boy, props to you because you're right. You're technically my video game. I basically control you. I don't know, I felt hypocritical and thought about apologizing, but who the fuck even cares? LOL.
Okay, ramble over.
If you wanna hmu, just do that stupid little 'Bloody Mary' myth, but replace it with my name. Not too hard, right? Unlike somethings, clearly. ;)
- A"
Right, not too hard, but oddly convenient.
I returned to the hospital and was greeted by the same friendly nurse from earlier.
"Hello Ms. Hansen. I regret to inform you that Mr. McLoughlin has not yet awakened." She gave me a sad face, as if to sympathize.
"That's quite alright, may I go see him?"
"Why yes, of course."
She smiled and led her hand to the direction of the room and I walked forward in that direction.
Straight to the room, a weak Jack still laid in bed.
I lied next to him in his bed after making sure the door to the private room was shut. His breathing was shallow and barely noticeable, and he wheezed when you could hear him. The image of him so broken in front of me completely shattered my heart. I couldn't help it, but started to sob.
Right there, into his shoulder.
"Sean... please just wake up. I don't want to have to do this alone..." Of course I knew he would not come out of this state any time in the near future though. Shaking, I kissed his lips and left my own on his for a short minute, savoring the soft press of his lips as if it's the last time I'll feel them.
But it won't be.
I can fix this.
I rubbed his cheek and studied his beaten figure one last time. Holding my hand to the side of his face, I whispered, "I love you, Jack. No matter what happens." And once again kissed his cold, unresponsive lips.
I walked in the bathroom and noticed the tear streaks on my cheeks. I can do this. No negative thinking (Y/n)... or Signe...
I shut off the bathroom light and stepped in, closing the door and waiting for my eyes to adjust to the sickening darkness. Once I saw my reflection in front of me, I closed my eyes, knowing if I open I could see. I started spinning in a circle.
"Anti... Septic..."
One turn.
"Anti... Septic..."
Two turns.
"Anti Septic..."
Three turns.
I place my hands on the sink I feel below my hands and sigh out. I open my eyes into the mirror and behind me were circles of dark smoke-like-fog rings.
It all vanished in a second, but one thing stayed.
"You rang for me, doll?"
