My face was splattered with blood. However, I was not injured. Someone had saved my life again. For the second time. I remember the first time. When he had saved me by pushing me over so I didn't eat the stew with the serum in it.

Eric had tackled Aaron to the ground just as Aaron shot the gun. Eric would most likely not live. His chest had a gaping hole in it. The hot, bloody bullet at my feet.

Eric's chest was bleeding horribly. His blood was dripping all over Aaron. Aaron's face was one of horror and disgust. Despite his wound, Eric kicked him across the room. Aaron hit the wall and made a giant hole in it. Eric limped over to me. I was still in shock from when he saved me.

"Well let's go, he's going to get back up soon." Eric said to me. I started to ask a question but he stopped me."No time to explain, just go."

I got up and started walking with Eric. My arm around his shoulder so he could walk. We were just about out of the door when I heard a gunshot.

I turned around just when blood was gushing out of me. The last thing I saw before I blacked out was Aaron grinning with his gun smoking.

My vision went black.

"He's awake!" A voice said.

"Get Eric!" Another yelled.

"But Eric's hurt!" The first voice argued.

"Just get him!" The second voice again.

"Should I apply new bandages?" Another voice asked.

"Yes." The second responded.

I screamed in pain. The excruciating, fiery, hot pain surging through my body. I screamed again as they held me down.

After a while I settled down. I gathered enough strength to open my heavy eyelids. I was in what looked like a tent. It was dark until the two people turned on a light.

I screamed. They were wearing the same cloaks of the hooded men in my dream. I tried to get up but that just sent more pain surging through me.

"Hold him down!" The second man. I twisted and turned until one of them plunged a giant needle into my arm and pushed it in.

I blacked out again.
