I came home to see no one home.But that's okay I'm starting to get used to abandonment. Even though its been 2 days. I still can't believe I have Miahs number. I couldn't wait to call her till tomorrow. I was about to call her when I heard the doorbell. I see through the peephole and I see 2 business people. I opened the door and they just barged in. I see a bunch of construction men enter too! "Umm...who are you?" I asked. A man with shades turned around to see me. "We are here to fix up this place." I was confused on why they were doing this. "Are your parents home son?" He asked. I said no and he said in his walkie talkie that CPS should be here soon. I was confused. All of this was confusing.
He asked his partner how much it would cost to sell this place. "A 2 bedroom house with 2 restrooms would range from 10,000 to 13,500 dollars." She said. "Wait your selling this place?!?!?" I said.
The man just completely ignored me. I ran up to my room and I see strange men taking my stuff out of my room."What the hell!!! Put my stuff down!!!" I shouted out. "Sorry bud but this isn't your home anymore..." One if the guys said. "Ya we have been making plans to reconstruct this place for years. But right when we we going to buy the place a family with a new born had just moved in" he said. I lived here my whole life. Now I'm 17 years old."When were you going to buy this place" I asked. He said like 16 or 17 years ago. I didn't want to leave the home I was raised in.
"Hey....umm boy come downstairs" I knew they were talking to me because I was the only boy here. Everyone else here were grown ups.
I went downstairs and I see a woman in white with a suitcase. "Hello you must be Luke right?" She said. "Ya?" I said. She took me to the dinning room. I wonder what will happen next.
