Spencer's POV~

A little after Emma went home, Caleb sat down on the couch as I played a game. I sighed, remembering my conversation with Emma. I couldn't get it out of my mind; I couldn't get her out of my mind.

"Alright, what's up?" Caleb asked.

"How should I tell a girl that I like her?" I questioned.

"Just tell her. Be honest about it." He answered.

"Exactly what Emma said." I muttered.

"What?" He asked.

"Exactly what Emma said." I repeated.

"So, who do you like?" He smirked.

"No one. She probably doesn't like me back, it doesn't matter." I mumbled.

"Yeah it does. Do we know her?" He asked, smirking.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"Hm?" He mumbled. I smirked as Caleb began to think. "Is it Brooke?"

"Heh, no." I laughed.

"Emma." He stated.

"No." I blushed. I looked down, and returned my attention to my game, hoping that Caleb didn't notice.

"You are such a horrible liar." Caleb laughed.

"What's going on in here?" Kelsey asked, leaning against the wall.

"He likes Emma." Caleb answered.

"I never confirmed it," I corrected.

"Yeah, okay. That blush said something else, Spencer." He muttered.

"She was here, didn't you tell her?" Kels asked.

"No." I shook my head.

"Why?" She questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Because I'm a chicken. That's why." I mumbled.

"Oh, Spencer." She giggled.

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "It's not a big deal. I'll just live the rest if my life lonely."

"Tell her." Caleb suggested.

I groaned, "But that means that I have to be an adult about it. I don't want to adult today."

"What did you do all day, anyway?" Kelsey asked.

"I invited Emma over and we played, and she beat me, like always." I answered, "We also had a giant conversation that I'm not gonna talk about either."

"What'd you guys talk about?" Caleb asked.

"Childhood, and the other part is for another time." I stated.

"What about your childhood?" He questioned.

"Pets, now why do you want to know so much?" I asked, clearly annoyed.

"Just trying to know the details." He smirked.

"Whatever. I'm going to bed. Night." I replied, shutting down the PS4. I stood up and wrapped the blanket I was sitting on around my shoulders.

"Night." Caleb laughed.

"Goodnight, Spence." Kelsey smiled.

"Goodnight Kelsey." I grinned. Caleb rolled his eyes and snickered. I just shook my head and went towards my room.

As I laid down, I grabbed my phone and texted Emma. I had a partial plan to this.
