"I want to go cliff diving." I declare, sitting up on the sun-lounger and lifting my sunglasses onto my head as I gaze at the rest of my friends, who are all relaxing in the sunlight.
It's a hot day, the sun beaming down with the breeze being dry and crispy. No clouds covered the the clear blue sky, glimmering with the sunlight.
"Now?" Rose says, lifting her sunglasses onto her head, a frown forming on her face.
"Yep." I look at Travis, pouting, and he shrugs, looking at the rest of the crew for approval.
Everyone murmurs in agreement and I beam, knowing that no one would say no. They all stand up and made way to the cliff, leaving me and a sleep Jay alone, who is on the sun lounger besides mine. I nudge Jay in the sides, watching him jump up in fright and on guard, looking at his surroundings briefly before narrowing his eyes at me in annoyance.
"What?" He hisses at me and I smirk, biting my lower lip with a flirtatious smile.
"Wanna go cliff diving?" I ask, playfully. His eyes darken, posture stiffens as his eyes wander down to my lips. I know he loves it when I do that but hates it when I tease him. I grin with pride and rolled my eyes as he briefly glances down to the rest of my body, a warm blush spreading running down my body.
"Jay." I said, quite loudly, and his eyes snap back onto mine, narrowing down while a frown forms on his face.
"I hate it when you tease me, Paris." Jay replies, disappointedly with a shake of his head and I giggle.
"Let's go."
His grey-green eyes twinkle as he stands up and holds his hand out towards me. I grip onto his hand, shivers crawling up my arm, and pull him up then we walk hand in hand towards the cliff. He grins at me, my smile widening by the second as he wraps his arms around my waist, tugging me closer to his chest, making me feel more at home.
"Hey, Paris," Jay whispers, turning my body so that I facing him. I smile dreamily as I feel his lips graze against mind, shuddering from his magnetic touch.
I wrap my arms around his neck. "Yes, Jay?"
His hand tucks a strand of hair behind my ear. "I think that-"
"Guys, are you not coming?!" Quinn shouts, interrupting as from a head. I look over my shoulder and sigh before looking back at Jay, his eyes dejected but still he keeps a false smile, acting as if nothing is wrong.
"Tell me later?" I ask but he shakes his head and releases me from his hold, my entire body turning cold as if I am in the North Pole.
"It doesn't matter." He gives me a soft kiss before walking a head, my mind swarming with mindless thoughts and questions that I know won't be answered.
"OH MY LORD!" I scream as I plunged into the water, coldness embracing me like a blanket.
I lift my head out the water, gasping for air as someone joins me in the water, splashing the icy water over me again, making me squeal. I wipe the water away from my eyes and look over to see Jay grinning at me, his hair glistening with water droplet as he runs his fingers through his dark locks, looking incredibly attractive.
"That was so fucking awesome!" He yells and swims over to me, planting a long, hungry kiss on my lips. When we pull away, I gaze at him, a blush forming on my cheeks when I notice my friends laughing and hooting at us, all smirking or smiling at our little show. He smirks and we swim over to the sand, where everyone else is, to dry up.
