Once upon a night, the princesses of the fellow city dreams of the biggest dance of their life. Dresses and corsets, limos and cars, dancing and drinking. Just letting go.
It is the final night of their high school life, the last dance is what they call it. We have spent the whole week after graduation finishing up out looks and I'm in awe when we finally have. Tonight is prom, the last dance of high school.
Quinn and Rose are at my house as we get changed, already being trapped into my room for nearly 3 hours. Rose curls my blonde hair, Quinn curls her own. I sit on my chair, shaking my leg as nervousness fills me.
"Don't worry. You're going to look beautiful." Rose assures me but for some reason I can't help but think something bad is going to happen.
Nevertheless we spend the time we have left to get changed and touch up out makeup. At 8 o'clock, I'm finally done so I look at myself in the mirror, gaping at the magic my friends have done.
My blonde hair is curled as they cascade on my bare shoulders, my dress clinging onto me like a second skin. It's a glittering diamond scattered dress with slit in the middle, showing off the long legs and the cleavage being quite deep. The dress accentuated my curves and my figure perfectly, making me look like a true Queen. I smile tearfully and hug my friends but they push me away, afraid to ruin their masterpiece.
"I love it." I whisper, watching them grin widely. I take this chance to take in their appearance.
Rose has her blue ombré hair let out as it falls on to her shoulders, wearing a greyish-blue diamond dress, the dress translucent and hugs her figure perfectly. Quinn wore a light purple strapless dress, the crystal design on her dress looking like vines and the material translucent as it shows off her curves in all the right places. Her brown hair tied up in a bun with loose curls and small diamonds pins inside the bun.

"You look beautiful." I compliment and Rose smirks as she looks at herself in the mirror.
"I know." She simply replies and we fall into laughter.
We hear the bell go off and immediately put on our heels and make our way downstairs, where our dates are waiting for us. I find Blake in a navy suit and black tie, his hair gelled back as he sends us a dazzling smile as he sees us come down the stairs. Rose is down first then Quinn then finally me. Travis embraces Quinn, his suit black with a purple tie. I don't see Jay and frown. Blake sees my frown and chuckles as he gathers Rose into his arms.
"Don't worry, your Prince Charming is talking to your dad."
My head shoots up and I drift into the office room. Jay sits on the sofa opposite my dads 'boss' chair, his hands nervously wringing with each other as my dad stares him down. I snort and make my way towards my boyfriend, his face pleading me to help him but I walk slowly as I take him in. He's wearing a black suit with a silver tie but what surprised me is his piercing in his ear. He does take it out and doesn't wear often but seeing him wearing it now actually does things to me.
