The Fight

I screamed and the man put his hand over my mouth. I thrashed back and smacked him across the face.

"Rae it's me!" I recognized the voice.

"Shane why the hell did you scare me?" I cradled his red check in my hands.

"I wanted to surprise you. I guess that's a bad idea."

"I thought you were gonna rape me!" He chuckled at my serious expression. I heard a knock on the door and rolled my window down. "Yes?" I pulled my brothers unruly curls.

"Owe! Rae stop that hurts. I was coming to tell you that we will all be at your fight tonight. Right now we need to go see Simon. The 5SOS guys are going to the house with you though."

"5SOS? Who is that?" Harry looked surprised at my question.

"The other four guys that were our opening act. That's 5 Seconds Of Summer. How did you not know this?"

"I stayed away from media that had to do with you. I occasionally saw you sniffing some girl on a magazine or billboard. Other than that, I knew nothing. You didn't know me so I didn't want to know you." Harry looked sad as I talked. "But I wanna move on. I want my brother back."

"And I want to be back." Harry smiled at me. I kissed his cheek and he back away from my car, waving me off as he got into their van. They followed me home and dropped the 5 Seconds of Summer boys off. I took the uniform and made my way upstairs. I haven't talked to my mum in a while so I went to her room. She was on the phone. Her back facing me. I listened as she spoke." I can't believe Harold is going to send us on the cruise so he can spend time with Rae. They need it. She really missed him." I backed away from the door quietly and ran to my room. I had 2 hours before my fight so I started getting ready. I applied make up glue that I used for sparkles in the shape of a mask. I put on black and using more glue. I made it look like fire was coming out of the corners of my eyes. I opted the box with the costume. The bottoms were spankies that had a waistband cut to look like fire, the waistband had different hues of red and orange. The top was bedazzled. It had gems also in a fire pattern. I braided my long hair into a ponytail and curled the ends. I sprayed hair glitter and used more gems to freckle the up do. I put on the robe that had words on the back. The back read: The girl on fire. It was also bedazzled. I put on slippers and packed some sweats into a sports bag with my court shoes. I made my way downstairs and to conversations all halted. I looked at my shoes and blushed furiously.

"Wow you look good." The muscular one with a fedora said.

"Who are you?" I said.

"I'm Ashton." Fedora guy said.

"I'm Calum." Asian boy said.

"I'm Micheal." The guy with red hair said.

"I'm Luke." The guy with sparkling blue eyes said.

A knock on the door interrupted my examination of the boys. I opened the door and squealed when I saw my boyfriend at the door.

He wolf whistled, taking in my appearance.

"Where's my girlfriend?"

"Oh so I'm not always hot? I get it." I said angrily and tried to slam the door on his face. "Awe I'm sorry baby. I love you." My body froze. I turned to look at him, tears in my eyes.

"Don't cry baby girl. What's wrong?" Shane softened and pulled me into a hug.

"I'm happy. You have never said you loved me." I jumped and wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist. I buried my face in his neck.

"I love you. I really do." Shane whispered.

"I love you. Honest." I whispered back.

----time skip to fighting time----

"For our finishing fight, Rae Styles against Bella Worps! Now Rae has been in the lead spot for women at Fight Line Gyms for the past few years. But Bella has been fighting since she was 3! She holds the women's chamionship belt and tonight, we are going to see if Bella holds that position or if Rae becomes the champion." A chorus of applause were heard as my song came on. My song was Gold by Britt Nicole. I jumped out and ran my way to the mat. I jumped around and did my signature move. I jumped onto the rope and stood on the thick pole. I did a backflip into the middle of the arena. I stood up and went to my corner. A different song started playing. I laughed super hard. My brothers voice filled the room. It was their song She's not afraid. The other girl came out and I transformed to terrified. This girl was a freaking bodybuilder. The whistle blew and she lunged at me. She swong first but I ducked it. She went to do a under sweep but I put my hands on her shoulders and flipped so I was behind her. She swong and missed. I grabbed her arm and pinned it behind her back. I sat on et arms while pressing a pressure point on her neck. She got tapped out.

RAE STYLES!!!!

The referee held one of my hands in the air as Bella got dragged away in a stretcher. What I'm an angel.(pshh as if) I got tackled from behind and Shane came up to me. Our lips smashed together. A bunch of ohhs echoed in the gym. I got handed the all time world champion women's belt. Basically, I got handed the big shiny thingy. I immediately got sad as I realized my brother didn't make it. He lied to me. Got tears streamed down my face. I went to the women's room and changed into the sweats I brought. I turned on my phone and saw that Harry had called 30 times. I also had a bunch of calls from unknown numbers. I dialed Harry's number.

"Yes Harold."

"Hey the boys and I are out front, great job!"

"But I didn't see you?"

"Your boss let us sit with in in the coaches box." My brother actually told the truth. I smiled and hung up running outside.

"Hey wait up!" I saw Shane heading my way. He had a worried expression on his face.

"Rae I need to talk to you. I made a mistake."

"What's wrong Shane?" I was actually worried. I grabbed his hands and held them. He pulled them away. I started getting confused. "Game what's going on?"

"Rae I-I don't like you anymore. I think we need a break." I held back my tears.

"Okay." He looked sad as I turned and ran to the van the boys had driven with me here in. And I mean the 5SOS boys. Calum saw my tears and don't even question it as he pulled me into a hug. I sat on his lap as Ashton drove to my house.

My tears dried as my eyes got heavy.

"It's okay Rae. Go to sleep." He didn't even have to tell me twice. I woke up being played on my bed. Calum was about to walk away when I grabbed his arm.

"Please sleep in here tonight. I don't want to be alone."

Calum nodded but still left. I cried but stopped when he came back. He dried my tears. "Sorry Rae, I guess I should have told you I was going to get on pajamas." I dried my tears and scooted over so he had room to lay with me. I layer my head on his chest and fell asleep listening to his heart beat.

a/n hey Guys! Sorry this sucks. I just got my tonsils and adnoids out on Thursday and I on a butch of medecine. Apparently I thought my sister was chouclate and I tried to eat her. I'm a little high. I do have a contest that will be taking place for Rae's best friend. Basically just comment what the name should be, the looks,personality,crush,relationship status and age. Also how they met. Should I make Rae have a crazy addiction like to Nutella,Oreos,or something. I just read this Oreo one which was pretty cool. Sorry for the long authors note. I hope you enjoyed the story.
