A/N:
Woo, it has felt like a long time since i have updated. School has kept me so busy, that I have had hardly any time to be writing. However, I have been getting a lot more ideas for the story! So that is great! I hope that you enjoy this chapter! Thanks so much in advance for reading it!

~Emily's P.O.V.~
A warm glow was cast over the table as I sat across from Harry. It was the following day after I had arrived in London. It was also the day of the trial that I had to give my statement. That meant I would have to see Chloe. I couldn't do it. When I saw her I swear I would just punch her in the face. Everything that she has done to my life and to Bella's, over what? That was the part that was confusing to me. Currently me and Harry were sitting in a restaurant, eating lunch before we had to go to the trial. The waiter had just brought harry his cheeseburger and brought me my grilled cheese. Right now I didn't have much of an appetite though
My phone buzzed on the table as Harry picked up his cheeseburger to start eating it. I grabbed my phone and didn't look to see who was calling, i just pressed answer and held the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I asked. Harry was biting into his cheeseburger. I could see ketchup rolling down his chin. I tried to hold back a giggle.
"Hey Em" I heard someone say. "It's Blake" What? Did I hear the correctly. I quickly glanced at the caller ID. Sure enough it said Blake.
"I need to take this somewhere else" I told Harry as I covered the mouthpiece. He nodded, but his attention was more on his food right now. I scooted my chair back and weaved my way thorough the tables from our spot in the back of the restaurant to the front. Ignoring the blast of cold London air that greeted me as I exited the building, I found a bench right outside, and took a seat.
"You still there?" Asked Blake as I put my phone to my ear again.
"Uh yeah" I said completely confused. "Why exactly are you calling me right now. I left you a text saying that I wouldn't be able to make therapy for the next week." Before I had left I texted Blake explaining my situation. Maybe he didn't get it.
Blake sighed. "I know. I wasn't calling for that. You never called me after what happened that night"
"Excuse me?" I said. Now I was totally lost now.
"You know" He continued like it was obvious. "When we.... did it?"
"Kissed?" I asked, but I knew what he was talking about.
