~Third person view~
"AHHHHH!!!!!!" You yelled as your water broke. Adrien, Plagg and Lori came rushing into your room.
"M-My w-water b-broke.." You stuttered. Adrien and Plagg started panicking and running/flying around your room. Lori rolled her eyes and smacked the two on their heads.
"OWW!!!" They screeched in pain.
"You two nutheads stop whining and get her to the hospital!" She scolded.
"Oh. Right!" The two said. Adrien carried you bridal style and swiftly ran to the car. Lori and Plagg followed. Adrien laid you on the back seat and he himself got in the driver's seat. Lori fanned you while Plagg was there hyperventilating.
"It's gonna be alright (y/n). You're strong..." Lori whispered to you. You nodded and tried to keep silent the whole ride.
~at the hospital~
Adrien called some nurses to help you out of the car. The nurses placed you on one of the emergency beds??? (I dunno what its called😝). And to one of the hospital rooms (ya know the room where you can give birth? Yeah that room...)
The doctor instructed you to concentrate on your breathing. You followed. Adrien fanned you while squeezing your hand.
"It's gonna be alright (y/n)... You got this..." Adrien assured you. You kept breathing in and out and eventually screamed when the doctor pulled out a...

A baby! Well... The first one at least...
"A girl!" The doctor exclaimed handing the baby to Adrien. Then suddenly you screamed again when the doctor pulled put the second one.
"A boy! Congratulations! You have twins!!!" The doctor exclaimed handing you the baby.
"H-Hi..." You cooed to the two lovely babies.
"I'm your mommy... And this is your daddy.." You cooed pointing at Adrien.
"H-Hi my miracles..." He cooed starting to tear up.
"It's so nice to meet you..."
