Chapter 7 - Best Friend

~Sydney's point of view~

I pulled out my phone and texted (y/n).

Syd: hey (y/n) I'm coming in 10 minutes kk?
Bestie(y/n): k! I'll see you then!
Syd: kk bye (n/n)!

I tossed my phone on my bed and grabbed a bag. I shoved my pjs, extra clothes, speakers, sleeping bag, bathing stuff and some things that I'll need on a sleep over. I grabbed some clothes and quickly put it on. I wore some white shorts, a peach off shoulder shirt, my white vans (damn Daniel) topped off with me and (y/n) friendship bracelets. I wear it in all my outfits. (y/n) does too. I grabbed my phone and shoulder bag then ran downstairs to the front door.

"Mum I'm going to (y/n)'s!" I yelled.

"Okay sweetheart! Be safe!" She replied.

"I will! Love ya!" I yelled back and darted out the room. I slipped my car keys and inserted it in its hole. I twisted it and it opened. I got in and started the engine. I slammed the door shut and drove my car to (y/n)'s place.

~Your point of view~

I was lying on my bed reading my (f/b) book. I was in my black leggings, white undershirt with a (f/c) flannel, my white adidas and also me and Sydney's friendship bracelet. (Don't worry you're always wearing your miraculous and Adrien's ring)

I brushed my hair and tied it up in a messy bun. I continued to read my book and I heard a knock on my door. I opened the door to my room and it revealed my best friend Sydney.

"Hey Syd!" I squealed hugging her tightly. She hugged back and we went inside my room. I shut the door and sat on the edge of my bed.

"So. what. is. up. bestie?!" She shrieked pausing at every word she said.

"Oh nothing... I'M DATING ADRIEN AGRESTE!" I squealed. She joined in and jumped on my bed still squealing.

"Omg omg omg!!!!" She squealed. (God I want a friend like that)

"You have to tell me all the details!!!!" She squealed kicking her legs in the air.

"Well.. We only started dating yesterday..." I confessed rubbing my arm.

"Wait- are you his first girlfriend?" She asked with a serious face.

"Yeah..." I said still rubbing my arm.

"OMG IS THIS TRUE LOVE PEOPLE?! IS IT?!" She squealed. I laughed at her and she grabbed her phone. She grabbed her speakers and connected it to her phone. She scrolled through her playlist finding a song and a few moments later she found one and lets just say we love that song.

I call you up when I know he's at home,
I jump out of my skin when he picks up the phone
Why can I tell if he's looking at me?
Should I give him a smile?
Should I get up and leave?
I know it's strange, I don't know what I'm thinking
But is it wrong if I see him this weekend?
I really hope I can get him alone
I just don't, don't want her to know
