My head still reeling in what just happened, I stand up. I need to wash this all away. I jumped in the shower and washed up, but mostly just stood there under the water lost in thoughts. What do I do. Asher's in the story now and I can't hurt him. He's the biggest target now.

Once I finish up in the shower and dress back up, I look brand new. I walked into the bed room to grab the note. I stare at it for a few minutes then look out the window. I know he's there. Watching me. Mocking me. He's has more power over me then ever before. He knows my next step before I do. I guess that's what happens when you fall in love. That person has you engraved in their memory. Studies you and knows exactly what your thinking every second of the day. He knows your tickle spots, your laugh, your smile, your frown, the food you like... He just knows me. How can you run from someone that knows exactly where your going? Wait. What? He knew where I was going. He knows what I would do. I changed my name but that doesn't change the fact I was the only female wolf.? It wouldn't have been hard to track me.... So , he knew. He knew where I was everyday. He followed me all this time. That's the only thing that makes since. Realization was hitting me like a brick. But why not take me back?

I'm so confused now. It just doesn't make since anymore. How did he get in my room? Why did he lead me to believe I was alone? Why hasn't he taken me back? Why hasn't any packs tried to start war for me like I first assumed?

My brain was getting hazy and it was like a big cloud was in my head. I've never been so lost.

I grab the note, crumple it up then throw it in the trash. I will not be intimidated. Right?

I need air. I walk downstairs to the kitchen where the food is already set and the girls are at the table ready to eat, but no boys, Asher or Molly. Now that I'm thinking more clearly, all these humans smell human. They don't smell of werewolf mix, which means none have mated. None have been marked. But why? Why have these humans when they aren't even being mated?

Nothing is adding up.

"Have any of you seen Molly or Asher?" I asked innocently. Hoping I sound as blinded as I was before I started all this thinking.

A blonde close to me rolled her eyes. I think her names Ashley? "No, but when you find them, tell them to hurry. We are starving." She stated quite rudely. Okay another reason why I don't like them. I huff out an annoyed breathe and walk in the back yard.

The lake ripples in front of me with the Suns reflection the main focus. It feels so peaceful here yet my body is filled with adrenaline. I don't know what's going on.

I hear rustling to the left and look to see Asher walking out of the woods? "I thought it was time to eat?" My question was more of a statement. Molly walked behind him also, a worried expression in place. Asher's face looks blank.

"We can't find the rest of the pack." Molly rasps out worried. Asher looks back at her as if trying to tell her not to worry me. But I was already worried. Nothing was making since. The pack house had never been so quiet.

But then all sconces hit me. Nothing was making since but I knew something was wrong. I also knew Asher's pack were not on our side and that was my biggest problem. We were outnumbered for sure.

My voice stern leaving no room for arguments, "Get in the house."

They both looked at me shocked by the demand, but followed me inside none the less. It's time for happy Savanna to go away for awhile and get back into survival mode. I locked the doors behind us along with the front door. The women in the kitchen were ordered to their rooms, and I turned out all the lights in the house. Rushing to Asher's office I picked up the phone on his desk to call as many alpha numbers I still somewhat remembered.

"Hello?" The first Alpha said.

"This is Alpha Asher's pack, we need warriors."

"Excuse me? I'm an Alpha and I don't get demanded young girl." He snarled.

"Help us, and I promise you female werewolves."

A moment of silence came, his thoughts twirling. Asher and Molly walked in the office behind me looking at me like I'm a crazy lady. I held up a finger to them asking for silence.

"How can I trust that?"

"Remember that female werewolf that you housed for a while, well there's more where she came from. We need your help. Explanations will come later. Get all your allies to join as well."

"But how do I kno-"

I interrupted with a, "we need you tonight. Right now." Then hung up the phone.

"Asher I need you to use your cell phone and call all your allies. Get them here immediately."

Asher looked hesitant, "Savannah are you feeling alright? We can go lay do-"

"No!" I yelled. "Asher do this or we will die. Assume your pack is trying to kill you. Make all the connections you can. Molly, if you know anyone that can help..." She nodded already knowing where I was going with this.

This was war.
