They let me sleep in a guest room. Im suppose to change it how i please and do whatever I want. We are holding a ceremony today saying I am a new member of the pack but I won't be here when that happens so no worries. I got out of bed and went to shower. When I got out i took some clothes that were in the closet for me. I put on a black v-neck with some skinny jeans and converse. My blonde hair fell in natural waves down my back. I don't try to hard because all im trying to do is survive not live. And that's all I've ever done. I went downstairs and found the alpha family in the dining room having breakfast. A fellow pack member bringing out food and filling up drinks. "Please come join us Aphrodite." Alpha Evan said beckoning me to sit next to Ty. I did as I was told and dug into the bacon, eggs and biscuits on the table. "We have a guest coming today, so I want us all to look our best." Alpha Evan stated. "Who?" Ty interjected being his rude self. "Your cousin, alpha of the Dark Moon Pack. Alpha Asher."
The name sent tingles down my spine and Tiara, my wolf, started purring. I was having a internal battle with her, telling her to calm down. For some reason she was acting up and chasing her tail in circles. I was already getting a headache but continued eating like nothing was the matter. Im very good at pretending if you can't tell. They continued talking about this Asher and my wolf continued to purr with satisfaction. I had no idea what was happening but knew I had to leave soon. But it was too late.
Because a simple knock on the door kept me planted in the chair and my heart beating 50 miles per hour.
