I Saw Him On The Street

Chapter 15

Roshni pov :

drew bought half of the store . I had no idea were i would keep everything. From clothes to toothbrush. Now he was paying the bill . Its already dinner time . " they will send all the stuff to your home by morning" he said . I'm hungry . " fine lets go and have dinner " he said picking up the boys . I follow him out of the shop .

people were staring at us and some even pointed . It was really irritating for me . Even few girls and boys approached us to take a selfie with him . I was just keeping the boys away from all of them . Jack was just by my side . " you know if we would have been in California right now . It would have been easier " said jack .

he is right celebrities live their like regular folks . " yeah i know "i said to him . We went to a french restaurant . I was feeding the boys their baby food . " the procedure for adoption will start soon " says drew. I know you told me this like three times already.

" I want you to come to California with me " he said . Why suddenly? I asked him . " I have some work came up and I want to be closer to the boys " he says . I understand your feelings but I just can't leave my work here and go with you .

Drew pov :

then she just said " no ". Come on its just for a week , if you want we can take girls too . I'm doing this on purpose. I'm going to take her to the aquarium and my home were we have few memories. I want to see her beside me in my home .

"okay but just for four days not whole week " she said . Fine so pack everything and we will be leaving tomorrow morning. Don't worry about girls, they will join us later . She agreed but I will make it a week .

after dinner I took her and boys back to the bookstore. I went up with her and George was not there . She was in her room . I was singing to radite and Dylan so they would sleep. After both of them slept , I was just going to tell her that I'm leaving and pick her up in morning.

when I open the door to her room . She was changing and to my surprise. She still is a tomboy . I just stand their looking at her. Call me a jerk but I always use to watch her like this and she use to love it .

Roshni pov :

I was changing and then I saw him starring at me through my mirror. " drew close the door you perv " I shout at him . " don't tell me you don't like it because I know how much you love it " he said . Just leave right now I would kill you . I run after him and he goes into the kitchen . He stops their throws water on me .

I take out sauce and squeeze on his shirt . When our fights over the whole kitchen is a mess . We both laugh at each other but it was all short lived when George walked into the kitchen . " what's happening ?" He asked me . I just got into a food fight with him . " okay , I should leave now and I'll pick you up tomorrow " he said leaving .

" why is he picking you up?" Asked George. I'm going to California for few days . I just said few days instead of four . " why are you going ?" He asked me . He wants to spend some more time with children so I'm going because of them .

" you are not going okay " he said . No , I'm going whether you like it or not . " see he is trying to come between us "he said . He didn't kiss me I urged him to do it with me . " what you kissed him ?" He asks me . " few days back , it was a mistake. It means nothing to me " I said .

" you know what go with him because I'm leaving you tonight" he said .fine go i said . He actually packed his bags . " please, I'm sorry don't go " I said . 
 he just left and I'm just left with anger on myself. Crying would bring me nothing so i just clean myself and go to sleep .

Drew pov :

I could sense George was angry . But I can't do anything about him because she likes him now . I'm going to be just friends with her now . I'm done trying and I'll just leave it like that . I tell jack to get ready a private jet for California.

I got back to hotel and I decided to sleep . Next morning, I was driving to pick up the kids and her . I'm so Happy but still I don't want George showing up surprisingly. When I got their store was closed and Ariel was standing outside . She was making a call on her phone .I parked the car in front of store .

" why are you standing out here ?" I ask Ariel . " I have called her like ten times. She always opens the store early but today she hasn't done this before "

when she said it I wasn't getting a good feeling. Do you have a extra key ? I asked her . " no , but I think I have the back door key " she said .
