I Saw Him On The Street

Chapter 45

 

Roshni pov :
" nothing happened okay . Let me sleep im tired and keep your voice down " I said to him . " you have to tell me what's going on " he asked again . " it was just some burglar nothing else " I said ."you are lying to me" he says . " fine If you don't trust me its your problem not mine " I said. He leaves the room immediately and closed the door . I wait for an hour to make sure he was sleeping and  I could sneak out of the room . I wanted to go and check if I was been followed again or not  . To make sure that I should know my stalker . I have fo do this alone I can't trust anyone.
I take the room key from the table and unlocked the door . I take some money with me. Then I look around the corridor. There was one boy from the hotel staff . I walk towards him . " how can I help you mam ?" He asked me . " I need a fresh towel" I said to him . " yes mam " he said handing me the towel . " actually there is something I need your help with " I asked him . " what else mam?" He says . " I want to check this floors today's recording and entrance of the hotel" I said to him . " I'm sorry, it's against our policy mam . So I can't help you" he says. " I just wanna look at the footage" I said. " no mam it's Impossible" he says . " fine how about I pay you some money would help me than " I said. Now here I was sitting in the hotel's security room . I paid both guard and the waiter on my floor  . I was going through the hotel's front entrance footage but no one suspicious was in it . After an hour , I was looking at the parking area footage but still no sign of anyone . It was now five in the morning . I only have three hours to go through this all . When I was still looking at the parking footage my eyes lands on the camera of my floor where my suite . It was the some guy wearing a black cap and his head was down . I knew then it was him who broke into my apartment. " hey Mr brown " I said to the one of security guards . " do you know who is this ?" I asked him pointing at the screen . " no , he doesn't looks like a hotel staff member" he says . Then he was informing the security about this man . " everyone there is a man on the 60 th floor roaming " he says. I can't wait anymore. I take the guard stick that belongs to Mr brown and look for him were that stalker was heading to . I could see he took the stairs . I look at the floor of this map and saw were the other stairs go down . Since I was far away from my room . So i take the fire exit and I go up slowly in order to see if this guy comes from there only. I wish he comes down sooner . I decided to go down stairs so I could wait for him . I know he would come to the parking. I run to were the parking is since I was in a sweatshirt so I pull up the cap on my head . I run to the centre of the parking area .

I sit beside a range rover and wait . I look at my phone to check time . Its 5:30 a.m now . After fifteen minutes, I heard some footsteps. When I get up to look it was the stalker . I wait for him to get pass me . So i would strike on his head . It happens he goes towards a car . But to my surprise he turned around. We were face to face now . It was clearly visible from his face that I was already here . " so tell me what are you stalking me ?" I ask him . " you  knew I was following you around but you didn't tell the police. It will be so much fun to play with you little bird " he says moving towards me . Without thinking I strike right at him . But it was of no use now I was on the ground as he hits me on my stomach. I was just in pain and he walks towards me. I could clearly see his blue eyes and dark hairs . His face held a cold expression and a evil smile. " for now goodbye little bird " he says running as the security enters the room. Mr brown helps me and takes me to their doctor in the hotel . The doctor tends my wounds and I was waiting for him to put a bandage on it .
I go out and wait for Mr brown and his friend from security only . " please don't tell anyone about whatever happened?" I requested them .

Drew Pov  :

 I woke up and saw the date its her birthday today . I go to Roshni's room . I open the door to find the bed empty. Where is she ? . I go to the bathroom and it was closed .  I decided to wait for her to come out but its been like twenty minutes . " Roshni are you in there ?" I ask her knocking the door . " yeah , im bathing " she says . " aoooo " I heard from the bathroom. " hey , are you alright  ?" I asked her . " yeah , im fine" she says . I know I heard her shouting. So I wake up the girls . Both the boys were sleeping calmly. Roshni comes out of the room . She had a smile on her face . I quickly hug her and said " happy birthday" . " thank you " she says moving me away a little from her . I know something is wrong . " I know it's your doubtful look but by back is aching nothing serious" she says . She goes back to her room and I follow her . " So you wanna go down for or we should go out " I asked her . " no , I want my breakfast here only. Why don't you go out with kids and spend some quality time with them ?" She says . Her back pain must be too much I guess . But as much as I know she works out so how could she be getting it . " okay that's a  good idea " I said . Roshni was getting the girls ready and preparing a bag for baby food and diapers . " you sure don't want to come" I ask her .  " no , George would be here in an hour . So i will wait for him " she says . I should have known George was the reason of her stay .
I leave with the kids with two bodyguards. We go to the near by mall and I decided to call Valerie. " hey , good morning" I said to her . " good morning, baby where are you ?" She says . " I'm at the mall with kids . Do you wanna join us for lunch ?" I asked her . " yeah I would love to" she says . " see you later at the restaurant" I said to her . " dad I want to do something for mom?" Said theeya . " yes me too" says Sarah . " fine lets buy something for mom ?" I said . I took the girls to a shop . I wanted Roshni to wear something beautiful for tonight but she was not going to their . She will be with George but still I decided to buy one for her . I will give it to her as a present from girls . Then she will wear it .

I want to spend the day with her but I can't. After shopping we go the restaurant were Valerie was waiting for us . When we go inside the guards followed me . We go into the private dining area. " hi Valerie" said girls . "hello girls " she said . Then she takes radite from my hands . She really loves my kids . " so excited for the party today " she asked me . " yes , I am " I said. " but you look so worried . Are you alright?" She says. " yes , I'm good just thinking about tonight" I said .
