"No. It's supposed to be me! Not, you. This is supposed to be my destiny," Daisy says into the comms, crying. "I guess I stole it from you," Lincoln says. I turn my head to see even more tears falling down Melody's face. She covers her mouth with her hands, tears still falling. I wrap my arms around her, hoping to comfort her. She realizes what is happening and cries into my shirt. The episode ended and I asked Melody,"So, I'm guessing you didn't like how the season ended." Not that I didn't know the answer. "Oh yeah I loved it. That's exactly why I'm sitting here crying my heart out into your shirt." "Wow, Melody. Sassy much," I said,"Or should I say Sassody." "Yeah please don't," she said, tears still falling from her face. I still haven't let go of her. I don't want to, but it doesn't seem like she minds. Soon enough she fell asleep. I lean my head on hers and fall asleep too.
I hear the door open and someone squeal. Of course I know who it is but I still open my eyes to look. Just as I thought my mother was squealing. "Mom! Did you not see two sleeping teenagers?" "Watch it. Can a mother not squeal at her OTP being adorable." I roll my eyes. "Mom, go away before you wake up Melody. And I thought that Melody's parents were your OTP." Just then my dad walks in. "Dad please get Mom out of here before she wakes up Melody." "My pleasure. Pipes, stop squealing," he said as he practically dragged my mother out, shutting the door. I once again lean my head on hers and go back to sleep.
