I slowly open my eyes, expecting to see the wooden roof of my house. Instead I see stone. I scramble in the chair I'm strapped into.

"Hello Jonathan." I hear a deep voice say.

I stop immediately and look at the other side of the room. I sit in front of a table, and on the other side, is a SQUID.

"Jonathan, I bet your wondering why your here."

I began to rack his brain for possible ways to escape this ordeal.

"I'm going to ask a few simple questions and your going to answer them."

Just go with the flow man, give him what he wants, unless that's obviously a bad choice. Then run.

"Alright, I'm ready."

"Young fellow, what is this?"

He placed a gold ingot in front me. No, not gold, that's-that's...ummm...yes, I was right, that's gold.

"That's..."

I began to stutter between the right choice gold and some random word I've never heard of.

"Bu-no, no it's goudder. No, that's not right. That's...that's...g-g-gold."

The squid smirked. And laughed a little.

"Well done young fellow! Well done! But another question. Why was that hard for you to say?"

"I have no idea." I said in reply.

"And Jonathan, you obviously hate me, but WHY?"

I knew the answer, it was obvious.

"Because you kidnapped me."

"But what if I didn't?"

"Well then, there would be no reason to hate an innocent squid."

The squid broke into laughter, almost crying.

"YES! PERFECT!"

There was a slight pinch in his arm, and then he fell asleep.
