Story of a Squid Boy

Chapter 6: The Store Room

I look up at the sound of the door feeling very confused. Then I remembered what the king said.

He said that I was part of the sky army (against my will [and was brainwashed]) so it was a fake memory nothing else... right?

The thing that walked in was a player, his name above his head.

I swiftly hid behind the door and shifted my mind to the player.

Darklord158 was the player's name. And he had full gold armor.

He placed a sign on the wall opening an air bubble to breath.

He looked through some chests and took out a lever and placed it on the wall.

When he hit the switch the water started to drain I quickly grab some bottles I had in my inventory and drained it of a beautiful elixir... Cola and filled them with water (The reason I had them was because I went to a machine outside of the auditorium).

A squid needs to have water (11 ml) every 10 seconds so as long as I don't forget to drink I should have enough for 2 minutes.

The player looked around and spotted a hopper at a corner of the room.

As he passes I run to some chest and hid afterwords having a gulp of the water filling my lungs.

I looked over the chest and find that he is holding a shining metal... Gold... definitely.

He looked in my direction... At me for that matter.

I find his gaze at me indestructible his skin showing a knight's armor but I can feel his eyes darting at me.

I slowly take a sip of my water hopping to break the tension.

"J-John?" Darklord158 says in a weak tone.

He drops his gold as it hits the iron block floor.

The voice sounded familiar to me. (Familiar voice cliche)

My heart spiked as I drop my bottle.

"Who are you." I ask sternly hoping for a answer.

"John you know, Kyle?"

"Who?"

"Kyle you know your friend since kindergarten.. W-we use to build butter swords and enchanted them."

"I don't think butter exists in Minecraft."

"What are you saying its on the floor here." I look at the gold in a confused face and pick up my water gulping it down.

"That's gold you idiot."

"No it's Butter and stop drinking salt water it's bad for you."

"Why did you notice me anyways?" I say attempting to switch the subject "I don't even know you."

"Oh no," he looks at me with shock "it worked didn't it."

"What worked?"

"Please no no no!!!" He wails in a quiet voice "I guess I have to stop this conversation."

"Wait what?" As I stand there and then he grabs his golden sword.

He hits the lever and hits me with the handle of his sword causing me to faint but before I pass out he says to me "I'm Sorry."
