Damon's POV
I pull my phone out of my jacket pocket and start scrolling through my contacts.
"What are you doing?"
Stefan asks me while holding Caroline's limp body. I turn around and look at him like he's crazy.
"I'm calling Elena. You heard Katherine she's probably on her way to Elena right now."
"Come on Elena pick up" I whisper to myself.
"I don't want to hear it Damon"
She says in a pissed off tone.
" No Elena there's something I have to tell you"
I say nervously into the phone.
"No! I'm not going to listen to any of your excuses. I'm probably going to sleep at Bonnie's tonight"
She responds. I roll my eyes.
"Dammit Elena listen to me! It's not about that. There's a more important issue right now! Kath-"
Then she cuts me off.
"MORE IMPORTANT!? What could be more important than-."
Then she's cut off. Oh shit.
"AHH DAMON"
I hear her scream into the phone. Then the call is ended. I take my phone and throw it down, shattering it into a million pieces.
"What? Damon what happened."
Stefan asks.
"We have to go get her. Katherine's got her. Ric and little Gilbert get Lockwood and Caroline home. Bon Bon you're coming with me and Stef just in case we need a little of your witchie woo woo."
I demand walking towards the exit.
"Damon I can't just leave Caroline"
Stefan protests. Is he being serious right now!?
"This is Elena we are talking about... The girl you were in love with 4 years ago. The girl you're still in love with"
When i say the last part it feels like I just stabbed my self with a wooden stake. He thinks about it for a minute because he knows it's true, even if he doesn't want to admit it.
"Fine lets go."
He says handing Caroline to Jeremy. Bonnie Stef, and me head out the doors.
