You wake to muffled noises, your vision is not quite clear yet as you look around at your surrounds. You slowly sit up, feeling every muscle ache as you do. You wince in pain, but manage to get into the sitting position. Your head spins in circles; your throat feels dry and sore.
The room you're in looks to be a jail cell of sorts. The room is truly cold, and damp. A musty smell consumes the whole area, while creaks and whispers echo off the brick walls. The room is barely lit by the light source coming from on top of a wooden stairway and a single window all on the far side from you. There's grass silhouetting against the one window, suggesting you are in a basement. You then notice a cast around your injured arm,you have shorts on, and that your feet have been bandaged up.
Your mind is fuzzy, but the memories snap back to you, your eyes widen realizing you're in danger. You struggle to stand only to fall back; you take a deep breath to calm yourself; then climb to your feet, moving closer to the cells bars. You can hear the voices now more clearly, as they echo from upstairs.
"Ugh, this ____ person has been out for days now!" you hear one voice complain, clear distain in his voice. "No kidding, why does Slender care about this human, anyway?! Why go through all the trouble? He could of just killed 'em, you know?" another voice chimes in with some annoyance to his tone. "Sense of pride, is my bet." a third and lower voice says, nearly inaudible. "Oh yeah, she is the first to escape the woods without even trying." the first voice says, with snicker.
"Oh hey, Masky, Hoodie, checking up on the human again?" the first voice continues, this is followed by the sound of a door opening and the light shining in, blinding you. You glare, pressing your back to the farthest wall from the door. Two guys calmly come down the stairs, one with a white mask and the other with his hood pull up over his head. "You're right." The hooded one sighs, "I hate it when your right, Masky." the hooded one says with a hint of irritation, crossing his arms. Masky tilts his head in confusion, and shrugs.
They turn their attention to you, Hoodie as you remember it, uncrosses his arms. "Nice to see you're awake." Hoodie says, his hand fiddling in his pockets, he takes out some keys and unlocks the cell door. The metal door creaks open, the two of them just staring at you. "Mask, Can you go let Slender know." Hoodie says, tucking the keys back in his pockets. "Alright." Masky replies and leaves the basement.
Hoodie turns his attention back to you, his dark mask hiding any expression he possibly has. "You coming out, or what?" Hoodie snaps in annoyance, taking a step closer to you. "AND WHY would I do that?" you growl back, balling your fists. He remains silent, looking at you through his expressionless mask.
"Well there is multiple reasons, one in which you're most likely starving and there's warm food waiting for you. But hey, whatever." he says throwing his hands up, and walks upstairs, not waiting for your reply. You stand your ground, refusing to leave, but your stomach growls in protest. You sigh loudly, surrendering.
You slowly make your way out of the cell, looking around the mostly dark room. You make your way to the stairs, noises entering through the open door at the top. You reach for the hand rail, when a black blur runs past the corner of your eye. You hold your breath jumping back, frantically looking around, but you see nothing at all. You heart is beating fast in your chest, you wanted to run, but you look back to the silhouetting door; you have no idea what waits for you up the stairs.
Cautiously, you make your way upstairs, some of the steps creaking under your weight. You stop at the door, peaking out, looks like you're in the run down mansion from when you took the pictures.
You feel hesitate to leave, feeling stuck between uncertainty and the looming darkness behind you. The hair on the back of your neck stands on end, feeling like if you don't move the darkness behind you is going to shallow you whole, but since you're not yet familiar with the place ,nor its residents, you remain frozen to your spot.
A white appendage comes out of nowhere and grabs your wrist pulling you into the main hallway suddenly. "No need to be shy, beautiful." the man calls, gently placing his hand under your chin, with a smirk on his pale face.
"Uuuh...uh...uuuh..." is all you could manage to get out, his hand pulling you closer. "Hehehehe, lost for words I see. You can call me Smexy, Would you accept this rose?" Smexy says with a sly tone, and pulls out a flawless, (f/c) Rose. Its so breath taking, the most beautiful rose you've ever seen, it seems to be calling for you. Not really thinking, you lift your hand to pick up the rose, its vibrate colors calling you closer. Your hand lingers for a mere second, then with a quick flash, the rose is gone out of Smexy's grasp. You shake your head, coming out of your hypnotic state. You look around in confusion, and to the wall to your left, you see the rose impaled by a scalpel. The handle of the scalpel still shaking from the momentum.
You look to where the scalpel could have been thrown, to see Eyeless Jack standing in the doorway, his hands now in his pockets. "That wasn't very nice, Jack." Smexy growls, his white appendages curling in anger. Jack shrugs it off, not really caring. "Slender told me to watch out for you. Do youreally want to get on his bad side, by 'taking' his prey?" he says nonchalantly with a stretch. Smexy growls, and stomps off, uttering a few choice words as he does.
Jack walks past you, over to the rose and pulling his scalpel off the wall. He shakes free the rose from his blade, then stomps on the rose. He walks back to the room he came from, he gestures you to come follow, and continues on his way. You take a deep breath, and decide to follow. The house looks so run down, yet it seems crazily stable. The wall paper, the wood floors, the ceiling, all look to be falling apart.
You're so distracted by the interior of the house, walking through the house with all your senses on high alert, yet lost in your own world. You reach the living room, area where you see what looks like an average looking Living room. Jack hops over the couch and sinks into a relaxing position.
You see two guys sitting in front of the TV screen, a game flashing on its screen. From where you are, you can see one is Jeff the Killer and the other is Ben Drowned. Both look rather older then you previously known them to be, both looked to be young adults or at the very least teens. Jack pops his head from the couch, staring you down with the black abyss of his empty eyes.
"CHEATER!" Jeff yells with anger, flinging the controller left and right. You just stand there, not really wanting to get close to any of them. "See this is why we don't play games, you always say I'm creating when you're losing." Ben snickers, shaking his head. Jeff turns to yell at Ben, when out of the corner of his never closing eyes, he spots you.
"Look who it is." he says with a chilling voice, and stands up, dropping the controller. You see his hand fiddle in his pocket as he makes his way closer to you. "Jeff... I would sit down before you get yourself in trouble with Slender." Jack says calmly, yet a lingering growl in is tone.
"What do you mean, I wasn't going to do a thing." Jeff replies the last words being dragged out with a snicker, obviously trying to cover up his clear motives. You finally get the courage to speak, your body stiffening up in fear. "Wh-where am I?" You ask, your voice shaking a bit. "Slender's Mansion." replies Ben, as he stands to his feet as well. "Well f*ck." you whisper under your breath, you zone out backing up from the three. Your thoughts began to drift into despair, your heart beating faster in your chest, a million things running through your head.
*jingle*
A bell lands into your view, breaking your thoughts. You notice the bell is attached to an appendage. You gaze follows it to a happy faced man, Splendorman whom waves. "Hi there, glad to see you are ok." He says, retracing his appendage with a huge smile on his face. "Yeah... for the most part..." you say, looking at the ground. You feel yourself calm down a bit, now feeling a bit safer with Splendor around. "I hope the cast, isn't hurting you or anything, it was the first time I tried on a human." he says with a bit of worry, his happy face now frowning. "Yeah, its fine. Doesn't hurt at all." you reply, giving him a reassuring smile.
He claps, and smiles. "Yay, that's good!" He says, cheerfully. Suddenly, the room drops in temperature, the air feeling dreadful and dark. The wood floor creaks, "Oh, Good evening brother." Splendy says stoically, looking up at something behind you. Your heart sinks, as you turn around to face Slender. Your heart drops, the atmosphere feeling harsh and tense. The room stays quite, as your gaze is locked on Slenderman. The air feeling so heavy that you feel like you could suffocate, is this the end?
