It was their six month anniversary. Their families had all accepted them and all lived peacefully. It was the day of the family BBQ. And, again, Nat and Emma had an announcement.
They had thought long and hard about this and finally agreed. It was time. Once it was a good time, Nat stood up and got everyone's attention.
"Hello, family. Exactly a year ago we announced that we were engaged. This time we have another announcement." She said. Emma stood up and took her wife's hand.
"Now, we understand that last BBQ ended on a bad note and we hope this time it won't so please keep an open mind." She said.
"We have considered this for about three months now and we think it is the right time to go through with it." Natalie looked at EJ.
"We want to have a child!"
