“Mrs. Styles you’re pregnant” I looked at him for any sign that he was kidding. He was totally serious “are you sure?” I asked him. I looked at Harry who had the biggest smile on his face “yes” he showed me the xray where it was clear. “I’d say you’re about 8 weeks along at this point”. “oh my god.” I looked at Harry with eyes full of surprise, joy, and I was scared to death, his was the same. “May I suggest you go up two floors and see a midwife’ the doctor said in his Australian accent.
We nodded and were assured out, thanked the doctor and made our way upstairs. Letting that sink in. We were having a baby. We knew we wanted kids but we were waiting till after things died down a bit with Harry’s career. Ii has crossed our minds though. Not trying to avoid it but not purposely trying to get pregnant. So why was I so shocked? Maybe I didn’t think it would happen yet. I thought something was wrong with my back not that I was pregnant. I thought about that , leaving the boys thinking I had a back problem coming back with knowing I was pregnant. I looked at Harry thinking the same thing. The boys. His mates. “We have to tell them” I told him. “We have to. I want to tell them.” he nodded agreeing “We should”.
After getting a sonogram just to make sure I was fine and the baby was fine we got back to hotel with a secret in my back sweatpant pocket that included a picture of a new member the crew, the family and the world. A baby Styles.
We walked into Liam’s room with Paul and Marco going over plans for tomorrow “Ok great you're both here, we have something to tell you all” Harry cut Paul off telling the room full of whoever was there “Emily’s back is fine” he paused “However there’s something else. Shes pregnant” “Holy shit seriously?” Louis looked at me with the new excited hub there was and huge congratulations going around. I laughed “yeah I’m 8 weeks along” I pulled the sonogram out and handed it to Louis to go around the room. I felt Harry’s arm wrap me into his chest kissing the top my head.
After being congratulated by everyone and were told the rest of the plans for tomorrow we headed to sleep.
