Bumps On The Road

Chapter 14

Niall came knocking on our door with Gemma. Harry opened up "we're thinking of going shopping me and Gem" Niall declared walking in and going straight to Ava to give her a wet kiss. "Oh yeah we should" I said with excitement to Harry I got up handing Ava to Niall who was making faces at her so I could get dressed. I put on my jeans and a cozy shirt, as I came out to see Niall holding Ava with Harry wiping her face and Gemma rummaging through the suitcase "Gemma you want to get Ava dressed?" "Yeah that's what I was doing but where the heck are her clothes, these are all yours and Harry's" she replied, I pointed to the Disney suitcase on the other side of the room "her clothes are in there".

We headed down to the lobby, Ava strapped to Nialls chest in her baby sling since Niall insisted she was his favorite and wanted to make sure of it, not letting Gemma take her, Niall wanted to be a man ,as he put it, on carried Ava in her sling. Harry pushing the stroller, Gemma and Harry talking along and I'm walking along slowly no need to go quickly.

We waited in the lobby for 5 minutes for our car to arrive, Mark escorting us today gave us the go ahead to get in, Security leading a path for us, Niall going first with Ava, me and Gemma ran through the mob, and then Harry was able to sign stuff and take pictures and he was escorted into the van, helping Mark fold the stroller. It was scary first time since I had Ava that has happened, she was asleep on Niall and she had no idea what just had happened. This one, thank god was not out of control.

We arrived at a local shopping center, dropped off at the entrance with 3 security guards, including, Mark, and Derek, Mark calling Paul for backup as we arrived, given we probably only had an certain amount of time till Harry and Niall were spotted we went off as quickly as possible heading in straight to an American Eagle, Ava screamed 2 minutes into Harry browsing at shirts and I was on duty, "argh Em take her" Niall jumped as she started screaming in his face. Harry laughed, "that's what you get for not letting Gemma hold her you big knuckle" I took her out of the sling and rocked her, not calming down I knew she was hungry I looked at Harry "we have a problem" I said to him, he looked up and made a face knowing what the problem was. Ava needed to eat, her food was my person, we were in American eagle, Niall was trying on jeans. "I am not nursing her like this, no. No way" "ok so lets find a place" Harry reassured me, "is there an area where my wife can nurse here?" Harry turned to a salesperson "yeah, I think there's one down the right near the toilet area" she nodded pointing "Niall lets go" I told him as he took off the jeans, Harry leadedthe way quickly with me following, Gemma grabbed the stroller and Niall caught up. We found the room, with couches and changing tables, thankfully it was empty, 8 of us walked in and sat down, the boys looked around as if they were in a different country..

10 minutes passed and Ava was sucking away, the door opened and 2 women with babies came in, shocked when they saw 3 big musclesd men in a nursing area, they caught sight of me and relaxed a little bit. I stifled a giggle at the situation.

One of the women approached Paul who was sitting on the far right and said "Sir this is a nursing center" I cut her off before she kicked the boys out "excuse me, they're with me" she looked at me confused "all of these men?" She pointed to our group, I nodded "yes" she huffed and went to sit with her friend on the other side of the room. We finished up, I put Ava down in her stroller, we walked around some more until it was mayhem. Naturally I always look for a way out when we go someplace, if it got crazy I couldn't handle it and I needed a way out. Always looking for back exits, other doors and an opening, we were crowded in the cafeteria with girls all over, "Emily and Gemma I need you to go into the closest shop ASAP" Paul called from hovering over Harry, we passed through a few fans by my side most were in Harry and Niall's path, Gemma made way for me and Ava, we ran into a cafe, having fans run after us too, Gemma quickly told a worker to lock the doors and not let anyone in. Thankfully he understood and called in his coworkers and they locked up the door, advised us on the back way out, having a worker guide us to the door, a car waited outside soon after Paul called up the cars, two were waiting one for us and one for the boys. Paul had told us to just head to the stadium and they'll meet us there. I took Ava out of the stroller handed her to Gemma, folded the stroller and we got in as quickly as possible. We arrived at the venue, settling backstage while texted Harry "everything ok?" I knew that if there was no reply he was busy. 2 minutes later I received "we just left, all whole. U ok? X" "yep, Ava's still sleeping" "wow she really slept through all this? My little champ. Niall thinks its bc of him " "I think we should just let him think that" ":) i think so. Be there in 15 min.
