Steph's POV
We make our way to the dressing room in silence. This happens every game, but today it's just different, I guess. Once we arrive we all take our seat and look up at Coach Robbie. "Anything you'd like to say about today's game?" He asks sternly. I clear my throat. "Yes Stephanie?" He asks. "Well I think we did good today, but we could've won by more goals." I say. We won our game 3-1, but this team wasn't that good and our team is fairly good, considering we came 3rd at nationals last year. "I agree." Said Liz. "Well girls, it's still fairly early and you're all tired, so we'll discuss the game on Monday." Coach says. "Thanks coach" we all say in unison as he makes his way around the dressing room giving us handshakes. Then he leaves and we get dressed out of our hockey stuff. Sam, Liz and I then leave the dressing room and try to find our parents. "You did well today." A voice says from behind us. We all turn around to see some players on  our age groups triple A boys team. "Ummm thanks." I say. "Why are you guys even here?" Sam asks from out of the blue. "We're here because our game is in two hours and our coach wanted us to watch the first game of the day." One of them says. "Wanna chill in the arena for a bit? There is a game in between ours and yours and we can watch it together." The same one asks. "I'll ask my dad first." I say and head over to my dad. "Hey dad can I hang out with some members of the boys team? We're just gonna watch this next game then we can leave." I say. "Are any of your other teammates staying? I have to get back to the centre for opening. If any are staying then yes since you can get a ride with them. If not then maybe next time." My dad says. I go over to Sam and Liz and none of them could stay either. "Hey guys we can't stay but we should totally hang tomorrow or something." I say. "We'll figure something out." One says. "Here I'll put all of our contacts in your phone and we can move on from there.he says. I do the same. Then we all leave.

Once I get home I plop my stuff down and take a quick shower. Once I get out I check my phone. There were so many notifications on my phone now that Blake followed me. I have a private Insta account with only 539 followers a snow I have 1200 follow requests. On my Twitter I went from 213 followers to 6893 followers and I have so many questions being asked to me on ask.fm. I scroll through my texts and I see that Blake texted me about 10 minutes ago.
Blake-YO STEPH WANNA CHILL TODAY
Of course I want to chill with him!!!!! Wait, Steph why are you freaking out. Play it cool with him. Wait why am I stressing so much. It's just Blake.
Me- sure I'll be at ur place in 15
Dammit Steph that's not long enough to get ready. No I don't have to look all good for him he's just a dude.
Blake- yay can't wait 💖😆
After I get that text I quickly change into a pair of ROOTS sweats and throw on my team hoodie and start going to his house. I think about the text for a second. Why did he send that heart emoji? Does he like me? No he doesn't, I'm just a simple girl from Canada who plays hockey and he's a famous web star. STEPH STOP THINKING LIKE THAT YOU KNOW BETTER! My mind keeps arguing with itself. "Dammit" I say a little too loudly. "I didn't think I was that bad to regret hanging out with." Blake says with a smile. "Wow Blake you're really done up. I feel bad now." I say. Blake is dressed in a nice black jacket with a nice pair of jeans and some Calvin Klein shoes. Don't be" he says "ready to go?" He asks. "Go where?" I ask. "Oh you'll see" he says with a big grin as he takes my hand and pulls me. What am I doing right now. Is this a date?
