Draco's POV-Crabbe and Goyle were standing on either side of me as we gazed down at Hagrid's hut where the stupid hippogrif that almost took my arm off was lying.
"Look who it is." Crabbe said to the both of us, pointing up the hill where the gryffindor trio were walking down.
"Ah, come to see the show?" I asked sarcastically.
Hermione ran forward and had an expression that made her look like she was about to kill.
"You! You foul, loathsome, evil little cockroach!" Hermione shouted, running down in front of me and pushing her wand into my throat.
I had never seen this side of her before, and in all honesty, I was truly terrified.
"S-sorry." I whimpered.
Instead of removing her wand like I hoped she would, she pushed it even further into my neck, almost cutting off my air supply.
"Hermione, no! He's not worth it." Weasley told her.
She looked straight into my eyes, the normal friendly spark no longer there, and instead was replaced by something that could make you turn in your sleep.
Ever so slowly she lowered her wand, making sure to drag it roughly down the length of my neck.
Once the wand was fully by her side, I looked over at both my friends and began to laugh, pretending that what just happened had zero affect on me, but that was the wrong move.
Hermione brought her fist up to my nose in one swift motion, my nose breaking to one side, blood dripping down my chin as a loud crack echoed around us all.
The force of the blow sent me flying backwards, and if it wasn't for Crabbe and Goyle catching me as I fell, I would've fallen down right on my ass.
One I had returned to standing on my feet again, I looked at my fingers and noticed that they were covered in blood, so obviously my face would be too.
I ran off without saying a word to anyone, nor did I even look back. Once I was a safe distance away, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"Not a word to anyone, you got it?" I hissed at my fellow slytherins, who both nodded their heads vigorously, "I'll get that mudblood one day."
