Hermione's POV-Once again, Draco Malfoy was insulting Potter, it seeming to be the highlight of Draco's day.
"So tell me, is his mother really that porky, or is it just the picture?" Draco sneered at Harry.
Ron was about to lunge forward at the blonde, so both Harry and I grabbed the back of his robes.
"You know your mother Malfoy? That expression she's got, like she's got dung under her nose? Has she always looked like that, or is it just because you were with her?" Harry retorted.
Draco's face went from smug to slightly murderous.
"Don't you dare insult my mother Potter." He said darkly.
"Keep your fat mouth shut then." Harry said simply, turning around and walking away.
Ron and I were about to follow when I saw Draco reach into his pockets; a second later pulling out his wand.
Draco muttered a curse and sent it flying towards Harry; a loud bang echoing around the entrance hall, causing several people to scream.
The curse missed Harry, but before he had even turned around, Professor Moody could be seen limping down the stairs. Moody's face looked even more darker than Draco's did before.
Another bang sounded, and I watched as Draco shrunk down and turned into a snow white ferret.
My eyes grew wide as Draco began to fly through the air, bouncing up and down from the order of Moody's wand.
No one dared to move a muscle as Moody kept on growling at ferret-Draco.
After a couple of minutes, Professor Mcgonagall came running down the stairs, her face shocked.
Mcgonagall and Moody began to talk, then slightly argue, but I zoned out from what they were saying, keeping my eyes focussed on the small ferret.
The ferret's eyes locked with mine, and I knew that the ferret still had Draco's mind.
Suddenly, the ferret began to grow and change, and in a matter of a second, Draco was laying on the ground in a heap, his cheeks bright red.
He stood up and sprinted away, but not before glancing at me; this time his grey, human eyes locking with mine.
