Finding Love

~Link's POV~ 

I was texting Delanie all night. Why she was texting me I have no idea but it was probably something about trust. She said she loves the way she can talk to me about anything and I wouldn't judge her. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't, she's one of my closest friends now. I guess her and Toby were back together and I was happy for her; I didn't want her to be depressed. 

What do you think Link? I don't know if I could give my heart away again.. >Delanie<

Well I think you should give him another chance. You two are perfect for each other despite of all that has happened. Toby really does love you and worries alot. >Link<

I understand your argument but last time I gave him my heart, he ran away with it. >Delanie< 

Look Dee. You need to put your trust in him. If something goes wrong, then it wasn't meant to be. Understood? >Link<

I locked my phone and laid my head back down on the couch. I really hope it works out between those two. If it doesn't, I'm afraid Delanie will do something stupid. 

~Delanie's POV~ 

I laid down next to Toby on the giant bed in his room. I don't know why, but he seemed a little nervous around me tonight. I laced my fingers through his, hoping to calm his nerves. It seemed to help a little bit.

"Delanie.. I.."

"Toby what's going on? You're all jittery and nervous and I don't know what is wrong with you." I squeezed his hand, hoping to show the worry through my eyes and physical actions. He seemed to get the gist of it. Toby looked into my eyes and leaned in, his lips pressed lightly against mine. Toby's eyes were still open, emotion swirling like autumn leaves in his eyes.

"Toby.. Please tell me what is going on." I kissed him lightly again, resting my hands on his cheeks. 

"Delanie.. I want to give us another chance. We've been kissing and cuddling and even.. got physical, but we never talked about being us. And I.. I love you Delanie. I always have, even though I did date other girls.. That was because I thought you had moved on, forgot about me. When you came back I realized I still had all those feelings I had for you years ago. And I saw you felt the same. Seeing you depressed and drunk and..That wasn't the Delanie I knew I few years ago. I want us again. Will you give us that shot?"

Toby's eyes were teary and I was about to cry myself. His green hazel eyes glowed with such emotion that they changed into autumn leaves color. I kissed him, wrapping my arms around him and pulling myself closer to his body. Screw the movie, I wanted him. HIs lips fit perfectly against mine as his hands brushed my lower back underneath my shirt. I shivered beneath his touch, pulling my hips closer to his. 

"Is that a yes?" Toby breathed heavily, moaning the question. We were looking at each other, blue and hazel eyes staring. 

"What do you think?" I pushed myself against him with such velocity that we fell off the bed in a tumble and cocoon of blankets. Our lips smashed together, his teeth pulling on my lower lip. I decided to pull out my phone for one last message.

Hey guys! I'm back finally! I decided to end this chapter with a cute text because well.. hey I have to. I've been failing all you guys so I decided to do this. :)
